Great for a quiet, basic camp. Short walk to the beach & Rock. Spacious pitches, handy for coastal walks & Padstow ferry. Clean portaloos, hot showers nearby (50p). Some felt it was a bit pricey for what's offered. Host Luke praised. "Wild camping" feel.

Liked Perfect place for a quiet, fun family camp. There was a group of us with toddlers and children and the site was perfect - safe with lots of space and beach within easy access. The compromise with the facilities doesn't compare with the benefits offered. We all loved every minute.
Disliked Nothing! A portaloo is a portaloo but we knew that!

Liked Lovely setting, facilities basic but as expected for the price. Spacious and not too busy - well spaced pitches. Walking distance from shower block at caravan site, though didn't use this. Close to Rock.
Disliked Tranquility disrupted by regular, loud, pained sounds from cows in field across from campsite. One cow in particular started around 3am and kept going all morning.
It's on a working farm so some farmyard sounds and smells to be expected, but we did feel very sorry for the cow.

Liked Quiet spot, within short walk of the beach and Rock. Great for a few days peace or for longer stays with easy access to local amenities and say trips further afield.
We stayed 2 nights, fab price for this!
Portaloos were clean and stocked.
Night life was great (bat watching, and a fox who walked straight past us about a foot away one evening).
Disliked Nothing.

Disliked Water tap top kept falling off. Would benefit from a pallet there to stand on. Boggy even in the driest summer ever
