The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 2 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The site only allows dogs up to 100kg.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Bookings must not be for more than 10 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Units longer than 8.5 metres are not allowed.
- Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
- Minimum spacing of 3 metres between pitches.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
- No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- No electric barbecues allowed.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Liked We arrived early and I believe Karen meet us at the gate , very friendly , our pitch was not free but we was given another pitch . The site is small but amazing . The toilet/showers were very clean . On arrival we were given instructions for WIFI and local pub/ restaurant. All itches are level and you even get free duck/chicken eggs .nothing was any trouble Will definitely be returning .

Liked A peaceful, calm site, perfectly laid out and immaculate, with flat pitches throughout, and very fairly priced.
A friendly host who has some amazing well behaved dogs.
Definitely recommended. We may very well return.

Liked Lovely site made very welcome. Toilets/showers were spotlessly clean. Free fresh eggs available to help yourself. Lovely under covered seating areas available to use. All in all a very beautiful site well worth a visit.

Free chicken and duck eggs, which were delicious!!!!!!!
Hosts were so friendly and accommodating.
We will definitely be back and can't wait.

A beautiful charming peaceful site

Liked This beautiful site is clean and quiet and perfect for a few days away from the day to day. There was everything we needed and more from free chicken and duck eggs to a complementary paddling pool for my dog! It was a very hot day and dogs are clearly the VIP’s here. The pig and sty (pub) near by is a nice place to eat and dogs are welcome there too. We loved it here and would’ve loved to have stayed longer.
Disliked Would’ve liked a nice woodland walk near by but this doesn’t detract from the site itself.

Disliked Weeral geen WIFI aan onze staanplaats, echt vervelend als je nog verder moet plannen op doorreis. Geen WIFI ondanks vermelding op uw site. Dit moet er duidelijk bijstaan op jullie site => wifi aan de standplaats of niet.
We gaan er van uit dat dit zo is zeker als je voor de duurdere camping s betaald via PITCHUP.COM !!! Dit komt leugenachtig over en laat te wensen over. Gans onze doorreis door Engeland, Wales en Schotland was dit overigens zo altijd hetzelfde geen WIFI aan de standplaats. Zeg we leven in 2025 en niet in 1805. THKS.

We offer FREE WiFi and give the Network name and password on the sheet that is given to you when you arrive. Other visitors do not seem to have a problem with theirs. Perhaps you should review your phone/tablets to see if the problem is yours. We also notice, you gave our accommodation rating a 2.5, despite the fact you were in you own van..!
Wij vinden het erg jammer dat u ons een beoordeling van zes geeft vanwge het onbreken van wifi op onze site en andere sites die u heeft bezocht. Wij bieden gratis WiFi aan. De netwerknaam en het wachtwoord staan vermeld op de strook die u bij aankomst krijgt. Andere bezoekers lijkener geen probleem mee te hebben. Misschien moet u uw telefoon oftablet controleren on te zien of het probleem bij u ligt. Wij zien ook dat u de accommodatie met een 2.5 beoordeelde, ondanks dat u in uw eigen busje verbleef.

Liked Everything! Very quiet, peaceful, beautiful area. showers and toilets really clean. Loved the boules and the shaded area. Bonus of trying out first ever duck eggs which were delicious and free. Delightful owners, thank you Karen and Richard, we had the best time.
