What customers say
Grand, peaceful spot with good facilities and staff. Kids loved the play area, and there are lovely woods to walk in. Some found the roads a bit tight, and Wi-Fi and play area noise were occasional grumbles.

Hazel Court electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Pitch size, pub, food
Disliked Being parked in front of Cesspit. Smell was awful when wind blew in our direction which was often unfortunately

Nice enough wee park, but definitely not Boutique, as suggested!
Hazel Court electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Quiet area, pitches well prepared and the water and waste points were close by.
The chips in the bar were very good! The WiFi was decent and held decent strength throughout most of the park.
Disliked Not a lot for kids.
I think the showers and toilets were bang average, and not cleaned often enough for the daily traffic they had.
The term "Lounge" is a little misleading regarding the onsite pub, as its little more than a back yard bar with a kitchen. Although the food was OK, it took a while as I think we were the only diners that evening.
I would suggest the use of language to regard this site as a "Boutique Holiday Park" is waxing lyrical somewhat. Its a pleasant little park, with decent pitches and nice looking lodges, but Boutique would suggest fine quality facilities and a rather more grand bar. I felt misled. Call the park what it is, and I think id be more positive.

Cedar Close fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (water hook-up)
Liked Nice quiet well kept site with friendly staff .
Toilet set up with separate rooms with toilets , sinks and showers ( although only 3 of them )
Disliked Unfortunately for us our location was close to the children's playground.
Also the shower area is shared with the bar with a doorway from the bar . Which meant when I was showering at night drinkers would be trying the door when I was showering. Also you have to walk past customers on the deck drinking on your way to and from the showers .

Cedar Close fully-serviced hardstanding touring pitch (water hook-up)
Liked The hard ground pitches were perfect for the rainy weather. Lots of space for awning and car.
We have been before so knew that the children would have lots of entertainment with the park and football pitch. The walk around the park is mapped out too which is perfect for a walk with the dogs.
There was a themed evening to raise money for Macmillan which we were invited to before our stay (which gave us a chance to get a costume sorted). This was a fantastic evening.
The food and drink in the pub/restaurant is absolutely gorgeous too (Michelle made some fab cocktails).
If you're wanting a holiday where you know your children can play safely on a secure, enclosed site, that offers entertainment and good food and drink then you cannot go wrong.
Also, you're minutes from beautiful villages like Blanchland. We absolutely LOVE it!
