What customers say
This adults-only site has well-kept, spacious pitches and a peaceful vibe. Andrew the owner is lovely and helpful, with a bus stop right outside for York. Cleanliness, lovely grounds, and peacocks were a hit. No toilets/showers but most didn't mind, though some noted traffic noise.

Would recommend this site over the larger York site great value
Electric gravel and hardstanding touring pitch
Liked Fabulous welcoming little site 10 pitches adult only. Very peaceful. Plenty of wildlife to see we saw deers rutting in the next field. Pitches are either hard standing or reinforced grass so suitable all year, all have electric hook-up. A bus stop is 5 metres from the entrance going into York or Selby

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked Nice quiet location with good size pitches surrounded by beautiful countryside
Andrew our host was fantastic. Really helpful and even took us to the outlet on Sunday as no buses run by the site into the city.
Disliked Tricky walk on a fairly busy road to river and nearest pub/restaurant

All in all, a great value for money site. I would happily recommend.
Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch
Liked The site was impeccably clean and tidy, although quite small, but perfect for our little break.
Andrew, the owner, was great met us on arrival, showed us to our pitch, and gave us some good local info. And he was often around during days times for a.chat, or any questions.
We would defo return, if looking in that area again.
Disliked Only slight negative about the site, is that it’s on a fairly busy road, usually rush hours, but, that being said, it didn’t spoil our stay, and soon just became background noise.
