What customers say
A jewel for adults! Spotless site, top-notch facilities, and grand pitches with services. Handy for York by bus or walk, with pubs/shops close. Owners are pure gold! Small points: shower timers are a tad brief, and tap splitters are on their way. A whisper of industrial hum.

Cleanest and most up to date facilities I've stayed at in a long time
Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Clean and modern with large pitches and on pitch electric and water point. Excellent facilities with separate showers and toilets and a sauna (did not get chance to use though)
Park and ride / shop / takeaway / pub all within 15 mins walk
Disliked Not to do with site but can hear music coming from recording studio across the field.
Also pedestrian access might be an idea as at moment you have to put code in and wait for main gates to open like if you were in a vehicle

Beautifully landscaped tranquil site
Electric grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked This is a lovely tranquil site that has beautifully landscaped and recently opened. Very secure and well maintained. Although on the outskirts of the city buses into York are frequent, there is a friendly pub within walking distance and a couple of small local supermarkets. Facilities are very clean and fresh and it is nice having the opportunity of a sauna. The pitches are spacious enough with both water and electric points. The WiFi was strong for those that need this facilities.
Disliked There are no ‘dislikes’ just a few recommendations to add onto the site and facilities.
Having someone with us that has mobility issues highlighted the fact that there are no disabled facilities. A grab rail and seating in the showers would be helpful, somewhere to put your toiletries by the shower instead of on the back of the door. The 10/12 second shower burst is not long enough to wash either yourself or your hair.
Pushing a walker can be difficult.
