What customers say
Lovely quiet spot by mill ponds, praised for friendly owners and natural beauty. Pitches are good, but facilities are basic and a bit old. Still, they're clean! Great for exploring locally, with pubs and shops nearby. New owners are making it even better.

Friendly welcome at the site after…
Electric optional grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Friendly welcome at the site after an easy booking.
Disliked The place itself is clean, but it does not feel taken much care of and basic.
The sanitary experience was not so pleasant. Very moldy and old. The waterpressure is pretty low, so u need quite a bit of time to finish.
No official greywater disposal
Too expensive for what u get.

Highly recommend it.
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Great site, toilets and showers were clean and the site is very tidy with ducks and moorhens wandering around. It's not far from anywhere and the 10 minute walk to the Green man pub was a doddle, great pub too.
Disliked Lack of wi-fi was the only downside.

Small friendly site close to Cambridge
Electric optional grass and gravel touring pitch
Liked Small site with friendly owners.
The pitches are all flat with 240v electric available at extra cost. The facilities are located in 2 porta cabins which we found to be clean, there's also a washing up station which was also nice and clean with a good supply of hot water.
The site is well situated for visiting Cambridge, RSPB Fowlmere, Duxford etc.Theres 2 pubs nearby, the closest offering food, the one in the village (The plough) didn't appear to offer food inside but there was a street food van right outside offering smash burgers.
I Would happily stay again if I was in the area.
