- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Facilities/activities including the launderette are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- There is open, unfenced water on site. Please bear in mind when booking that there is a height restriction barrier in place of 1.9 metres: this is for security purposes. Cars are issued with key cards to allow access on and off the site. Owners of those above 1.9 metres can contact the warden between 8.30am and 7pm to raise the barrier.

Lovely, peaceful site. Staff are sound. Pitches are grand, some by the river. Bathrooms are top-notch. Pub's a good shout. Easy from the M5, but can hear the road a bit. Kids will love the playground.

From the manager: Thank you for your review, I just want to confirm the porter loos are temporary due to no water on site last week, there are 2 toilets further down where the grey waste and elsan point is which are fully functioning (in the middle of the site)

Disliked Showers aren't very powerful. Pub garden wasn't kept tidy, lots of litter and food waste causing a big ant and wasp issue.
