What customers say
A proper wild camping spot with lovely views and a chilled vibe. Unfussy pitches, friendly staff, and fire pits are a hit. Facilities are basic but decent. Some found it sloped, so bring your own loo roll and soap. Mostly peaceful, though a bit of noise from others was mentioned. Sound value for a no-frills break.

Disliked on the website it states clearly not to bring your own fire wood as it will be able to buy some directly from site. however upon arrival we was told the wood wouldn’t be sold as it was to wet which is perfectly fine. however notice would of been handy so we would be allowed to bring our own to make the most of our stay.

Wild camping with bonus of toilets. Beautiful location
Non-electric grass tent or motorhome pitch
Liked Beautiful scenery, lots of local walks. Only 3 other pitches in use on a Sunday evening so very quiet. Read all the info about the site before going, so knew it was 'wild camping' with the bonus of clean toilets and running water. Very dark at night, which would have been lovely if it hadn't been cloudy.
