Liked This is a great site. Pitches are level and spaced out with no issues for services. Toilets and showers contained in two large tent style building one at each end of the site. Small cafe onsite for a welcome coffee or glass of wine.
Wi-Fi was excellent with a login for each device available at reception.
Staff were very welcoming and always helpful.

Liked Good modern site. Facilites were good and clean. Pool was warm with spa zone. Bread and pastries can be ordered for a morning pick up. Bar and patio were great for a relaxing coffee, which was reasonably priced and very good.
This site is perfect for visiting Mont St Michel or any of the local memorials.
Reasonable Wi-Fi considering the size of the site.

Liked Another old municipal site but in a great location. Short walk to beach and seafront. Lovely restaurant on the seafront.
Our only issue was the area assigned to us we physically couldn't get our van into. Went back to reception and they reassigned us a new space which was perfect.
Facilities are old but useable.

Liked This site has a great pool with separate areas for all and a built in spa. Up to date clean facilities and brilliant showers. Pitches are delimited by hedges but site is one of the smaller ones so you end up saying morning to the neighbours. Nice bar area and bread can be ordered for collection in the morning.

Liked When we stayed we had most of the MH pitches to ourselves. Weather wasn't lovely but pool was warm and we swam alone. Site facilities were outdated but clean so don't let this put you off.
The drive to this site is interesting but again don't let it put you off as well worth a visit.

Liked Everything. The whole visit was so relaxed nestled in farmland between sunflowers and vines. Facilites are old but totally serviceable. The swimming pool is in its own garden area with a well looked after summerhouse. Site is level and although not the biggest area you still have privacy. Your hosts do not speak English but this isn't a bad thing, using the school French you learnt when you were 14 will get you through and they are patient and polite.
Bread orders are normally taken by their daughter and are ready to collect in the morning.
This is one of the sites that made us all say, while driving away, we wished we stayed longer.

Liked Brilliant helpful staff at reception. This site was super hot, daily temperature was around 40 degrees so the thankfully staff only were giving out pitches with lots of shade. Older facilities but clean and .
Beside the site is a massive lake, during our visit the water was green and a bit weedy, but it didn't smell or be unpleasant in any way. Swimming was a welcome relief to the heat. Cold water beach showers are on hand to wash off after your swim.

From the manager: 🌿 Bonjour , Un grand merci pour votre retour très apprécié ! Liked This is an older municipal site which has a local authority improvement programme. The facilities are old but not dirty or unsanitary in any way. The showers are old fashioned. Madame Mireille, the manager, indeed doesn't speak English. I speak a small amount of French and she gave me time to work out what to say. She was always helpful and polite.
The lake is 10 mins walk away and is amazing. Small coffee / snack stands dot around the edge so you can get a cool can when you want. Water is clear and a refreshing distraction to the heat of the day.
Pitches are scruffy but level, hedge lined and spacious. They have updated the Motorhome service point which is excellent and if this is the level they are aiming at for the rest of the improvements then this will be an exceptional site.

Liked Arrived at site on a French Bank Holiday so nothing was open or happening. All of the facilities are in one central building, which does make it easier to explain to teenagers. These were clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was cold but so needed as the temperature was 32 degrees. Pitches are in woodland, are not marked but you still get privacy, and our neighbours were lovely.
Free Wi-Fi is by the bar / pool area but if you are lucky you are close enough to access it all the time.
Site has a river bed next to it but there is a sign saying no swimming well worth a walk down stream.

Liked To my surprise there was a rugby pitch in the centre of the site. This old municipal site is on the banks and have access to the river Dordogne. Excellent Wi-Fi at clubhouse. Nice swimming pool but we didn't use as the river was directly behind our pitch and so cooling. Clean facilities with everything you need.

Liked This site is lovely. We found all of the facilities are top notch and clean. Pools and hot tub were a welcome relaxation to a warm day. Food and drink in the bar were very tasty and reasonably priced. The beach that is just over the road was amazing, worth a late evening dip.
Staff are so helpful and friendly.
Disliked So we only stayed one night at this site and the only thing we didn't like was our journey off the island. There are a number of major roads all meeting at one roundabout then trying to get across one bridge to the mainland. Our journey off took over 3 hours. The staff at the site had warned us and this should not put you off staying at this wonderful site, which has so much to offer, just stay for a few nights.
