Liked Good quality, flat grass pitches. Excellent bathroom and shower block facilities. Great reception and accommodating choice of pitch on arrival. The place is very quiet, every now and then the peacock calls out or the goldfinches chirp. Field walks directly from the back of the site. Beach is a 5 minute stroll along the quiet stretch to the lighthouse. Fantastic for some sunbathing or walking. Nothing not to like here if that's what you are after.

Liked Lovely, simple quiet spot by a stream and dog walking fields. Jenny was lovely to welcome us in person and show us the place. Good facilities in the barn with a common room and kitchen stuff and washing machine. Nice to have toilet/shower in the same room and very clean and warm. Great wifi reception also. And the cows in the field were very friendly and interested in what we were doing...
Disliked Nothing to dislike at all.

Liked Very helpful staff - let us check in early. We got a fantastic plot with uninterrupted views of the Tors in a really large corner pitch - a faultless pitch really, even with a slight slant. Shower block was adequate and clean. The staff seem intent on ensuring the site is calm and peaceful, which it is. Site was a good layout and a nice walk around the edge for the mutts & plenty of dog waste bins kept in good order. Really nice touch with the print outs for walks from the site included when booking - nicely explained too which suggests the authors have actually done them themselves. Overall very pleasant.
Disliked Nothing to dislike. Would have bought a couple of postcards from the shop if there were some - but they had some nice art cards from a local artist so got those instead.

Liked So chilled out here. Very quiet. Big grass area for most of the week, naturally busier at weekends. Lovely view of the lighthouse and church. Short walk to the beach and then a few inland circular walks too. Good shower block, always immaculate. Honest cleaners who hold shampoo and items of clothing left in the washroom. Simple and adequate shop and reception.

Liked Good location to do a Speyside walk. Clean toilets and facilities. Clearly a good amount to do on site and in and around the area. Lovely bit of land for the dogs to roam on a lead. Handy amount of drinking water taps and dog waste bins, better than other campsites we've stayed at. Nice heated yurt next to the food vans (and amazing burgers/pulled pork and chips :-))
Disliked Wifi only in reception. Poor phone signal through the site.

From the manager: Thank you, Matthew, for your lovely review. We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and found the site a great base for exploring Speyside and the Cairngorms. It’s great to know the facilities, dog-friendly spaces, and food vans all hit the mark—those burgers and pulled pork are definitely a guest favourite. We appreciate your feedback about the Wi-Fi and phone signal. The rural location can make coverage a bit tricky, but we are looking at ways to improve connectivity where possible. We’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime—thanks again for recommending us. Caroline on behalf of the Dalraddy Holiday Park Team

Liked Fantastic location next to the river and by the forest. Incredible for walks straight from the campsite, especially with dogs off the lead for a long way. Good, clean toilets and showers, nicely heated/scented. Everything in easy reach. Little shop was perfect for basics and the 2 chaps that welcomed/worked there were fun and friendly. Loved the birdsong and especially the owls. Altogether a very peaceful stay.
Disliked Nothing...all was very good.

Liked Views were great! Immaculate showers and toilets. Didn't use the cafe but it looked very nice. Dog walking area and dog shower was a bonus after the longer beach walks. The kids play area also seemed very nice. Marion was a delight on welcome. We also had a local question and her and her colleague spent a good 20 minutes trying to research and find out the answer for us before we left which was above and beyond. Great hosts.
Disliked Nothing. All was excellent.
