What customers say
This well-kept campsite boasts a superb location, a short stroll from a gorgeous sandy beach, lighthouse, and local pub. Visitors rave about the spotlessly clean, modern facilities, especially the roomy shower blocks. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff are a common highlight. Pitches are usually generous and flat, with lovely views. Minor points about Wi-Fi and occasional price concerns were raised, but the feedback is overwhelmingly positive, with many keen to return.

Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Great site well kept grounds and the best and cleanest shower and toilet block, also the laundry room with use of a free fridge /freezer was very helpful to keep our ice blocks frozen. From the start to finish the staff were very helpful and friendly, this was our second time using this site and will not be our last.

A fabulous find of a campsite; we will definitely return!

Liked We had a very warm welcome to Manor Caravan Park, even after arriving at 7pm (we called to let the park know we would be late). Dave could not have been anymore helpful, giving us an option to move to a quieter pitch area than was originally booked for us.
Lovely ‘flat’ pitch, view of both the church and lighthouse, not too far from the facilities and a quiet area…perfect!
After camping for over 30 years the toilets/showers were by far the cleanest we’ve ever used for the size of the site. Great size shower, shelf for toiletries and no having to keep pushing the button on.
Ample sized shop onsite, a selection of books to borrow and information about the local area.
Less than a 10 minute walk to a fabulous sandy, quiet beach. Perfect for a walk to Sea Palling with the dog. Village of Happisburgh; both the church and lighthouse open to view on Sundays. Lots of houses selling plants, home grown vegetables and jams en-route to the beach too!
Disliked Slightly more than we would usually pay for arriving at 7pm and having to be off the pitch at 11am. The friendliness of the campsite staff and other campers, cleanliness, perfect weather and fabulous weekend made up for the extra cost though!
Not a dislike for me but for others; no Wi-Fi available.

Lovely site, great location.
Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Love Happisburgh. The place grows on you. Just a short stroll to the beach / lighthouse / church / pub.
Very good facilities (shower block etc)
Great walks both ways down the coast.
Nice place to stay.
Disliked I know it’s the location but perhaps a bit pricey for non electric. Worked out at £35 per night over 3 nights but had a good time so worth it.
Oh, and the pint of milk we bought from the shop for £1:35 was off.

Liked This was the cleanest and nicest camp site we have ever been on, nothing was too much trouble, it was the first time with a campervan and all the facilities were great to use. A lovely walk to Happisburgh beach which was lovely and the dog loved it.
