The pitch itself clean with water and electric.
The grass areas green and well kept.
A great welcome.
Security is very good and we felt safe.
Bus stop very near in both directions.

Only one shower and 2 toilets per gender. Not very luxurious by far.
The sink area grimm.
The water was hot though.
Right next to a main road so lots of traffic noise.

The site was well maintained. The lady who checked us in was really helpful and very welcoming. The check in information had been emailed before arrival which was really useful. The site is small and easy to find. Excellent location.

The bathrooms were spotless but only 1 sink.

The cafe on site was lovely, and the owners were super nice and friendly, just a shame the facilities let them down, the actual location is fantastic , only a couple of miles to Cheshire oaks, and Chester itself.

Ahh I hate giving a negative review, but the toilets were diabolical, to the point where we couldn’t use them, there wasn’t enough to cater for the amount of pitches they have, with just one sink, one shower, and one toilet in the end as the other was broken, for the price we paid, it wasn’t up to standard, the road is so noisy, but we luckily only used this place as a stopover for Cheshire oaks

We had a wonderful stay at Oakwood. We were welcomed by friendly staff and nothing was a bother. We were staying for the open golf and provided by Oakwood was a helpful sheet with taxi numbers, train stations etc. which was really great.
Facilities were perfect, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again

Easy access and good pre arrival information

Next to a very busy road. Toilet/shower room very basic.

Easy access, lovely staff, clean toilets, electricity for caravans and tents and water tap on each pitch, only a 10 minute EASY drive into Chester, 20 minutes to Chester zoo, 20 minutes to delamere forest

So close to a motorway and very busy roads

Good hardstanding clean site

Shower facilitys are ok but could do with a little update also says fully servived but doesnt have a waste water drain on the pitch

Facilities clean with self-cleaning mops available.
Lovely stoned hard stand areas.
Very friendly staff on arrival.
Great location.

Only one sink in ladies and one in the gents for the site so was crowded/busy in the morning.

Clean site with good basic facilities. Cafe onsite.
