What customers say
Spectacular sea views & peaceful, remote vibe. Owners are super friendly & welcoming. Facilities are basic but spotless. Great value! Lots of space & pitch choice. Site can be exposed & no hot water noted, but guests love it & want to return.

Great basic no frills site.
Primitive grass and earth travel trailer campsite
Liked Great basic site and good price... it is up a hill and the weather while I was there wasnt great, I imagine if it wasn't for the wind it would have been lovely and quiet! The owners were lovely and facilities although basic were clean.
Disliked Hot shower wasn't hot and felt even colder with the wind blowing through the shower room

Primitive grass and earth travel trailer campsite
Liked Absolutely stunning site!! No words can describe it. Toilets, showers, bins and chemical toilet disposal. Owner met us soon after we rang on arrival, lovely man, very helpful and informative of local area, our dog hitched a ride on his quad. Excellent value for money, worth a lot more in my opinion, we booked for 2 nights and stayed for 4, didn’t want to come home. Highly recommend a visit.

Primitive grass and earth tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Amazing views, lots of space and privately. Some lovely walks and a great pub not too far away with an incredible view outside.
Disliked Extremely windy some nights due to be so high up an open to the sea breeze, which can’t be helped but should be something to be mindful of when pitching up

Hot shower!
Well provisioned toilets and practical set up
Friendly farmer and family that run the site

Liked Beautiful location
Friendly family who own the site went out their way to come and chat.
Very quiet site. I arrived on the bank Holiday Monday after everyone had left. Nearest shop is an hours walk away, but a beautiful walk so didnt mind. Coastal Walk is a short walk from the site and 100% worth doing.
I wish I didnt live 5hrs away otherwise ill be visiting more often.
