On-site accommodation

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more units travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($186.91) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 28 days of arrival and will be refunded within 1 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a £100.00 ($186.91) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Sites

• Minimum spacing of 6 metres between pitches.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £20.00 ($37.38) fee.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and midnight.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Occupancy

• Single-sex bookings of 10 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 a.m..

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.
