Liked Nothing the place is rotten and sickly and the staff were on drugs
Disliked Every bad review is true do not let any good review change your mind this place is has been in administration for 3 years
The staff will happily tell you all of the bad that’s been happening here and how many complaints they get when you tell them your leaving
Children’s bikes and scooters and footballs being taken including my sons football
The campsite was completely understaffed there did not seem to be anybody properly managing what was going on and one of the women who was actually staying on the campsite was having to tell people arriving where their pitches were because there were no staff there to do it she told me all about what had been going on in the previous days
When trying to get hold of any manager or owner they didn’t answer
The whole campsite was filthy dirty poorly managed and nothing like what I would expect from a campsite
Someone opened our battery box and tried to take our battery
The Staff were on drugs or drunk a woman staying there told me what she had witnessed in the days before
I find this shocking on a campsite where families and children are staying and these are not things anybody should be hearing about or witnessing when they have paid to stay somewhere they expect to be safe and clean and the little children not be where drug addicts are
regarding the swimming pool there was no lifeguard present and children were standing around the edge of the pool and going backwards and forwards for a toilet around the side of the pool
There were men in the toilets giving them a wipe around never a female
The whole place was rotten and was completely run down we had booked for 4 nights left after 1 expecting a safe clean and well managed place please stay away from this campsite
The campsite was filthy dirty the lack of staff the arguments and rows loud parting through the night and pulling at our awning the drug use the lack of supervision around the swimming pool and just a dirty place and the fact the whole campsite was smoked out from the smell of drugs and there were so many people complaining
One of the long stay women on there her dog tried to bite my child and bit another child children beating there bikes into peoples motors I’ve stayed on some campsites
No refunds for early check out apparently this is stated
This campsite needs shutting down and taking off of pitch up I witnessed 2 elderly people who didn’t speak English who had paid over £500 for a stay pitch up needs to contact all people who have booked through them as I’m sure the good reviews must be fake or from someone who would be happy with this type of environment
