Great base for exploring the lovely coastline with space but pricey
Primitive grass and earth tent campsite
Liked Lots of space to separate yourself from other campers if need be.
Nice aspect with short walk to cafe and sour dough pizza caravan in evenings.
Disliked Feel it’s expensive for a patch of grass with two port a loos and one tap which are potentially a long walk away.
Missed not having any showers.
If you’re a light sleeper, pigeons and crows or cars on road next to pitches may wake you up

Spacious, friendly pop-up site near beach & pizza café — loved it!
Primitive grass and earth RV campsite
Liked We’re new to campervan life and were thrilled to find The Afterlands pop-up site. It was a brilliant spot for our campervan with plenty of space. As we were totally self-sufficient, the simple setup suited us perfectly. A big bonus was The Pizza Café just across the road — very popular and delicious! We also loved the flexibility of arrival and check-out. The beach was only a 20-minute walk away and well worth it — white sandy shores where my son braved a swim (brrr!) and was even joined by two sea lions 🦭. Friendly staff and super easy check-in. No dislikes at all — we’d definitely return!

A perfect spot with a ‘wild…
Primitive grass and earth tent campsite
Liked A perfect spot with a ‘wild camping’ feel. Looking out of the tent towards the expanse of the field we felt like we were the only people there! A very quiet and peaceful site with beautiful dark skies, we saw 3 shooting stars whilst sitting outside our tent! Although this is a basic site it is right across the road from a lovely cafe/shop and fancy pizza shop where you can preorder delicious pizzas! I would 100% come back - it was perfect!
