Liked Great staff.
Quiet even whilst fairly busy close by.
Minute walk from the showground.
Toilets were clean.
Cleaners were there first thing and were very pleasant.
Disliked Caravan storage area makes the place look a little shabby as you pull up but I was pleasantly surprised overall.

Toilets were always clean.
We went for swedefest which was at the showground next door and the campsite was a perfect distance.
The only issue we had was a noisy person screaming the place down Saturday night until 1130/45pm but that wasn’t the campsites fault :) we will be back again
Disliked A bigger play park or update the one they have due to broken ropes and a bit dated but kids still loved it 😊

Liked Good for what we went for swedefest. Have improved since last visit 2 years ago. New owners friendly and flexible. Showers cleaner and hot did see them being cleaned at least this time they were usable.
Disliked Some locks on toilet doors broken, but they were clean and always had paper showers were hot don't look very appealing from. Outside but we're usable

Liked The site the shops , security was top notch as always very helpful
Disliked Not having a off ground fire as we had nothing to cook on
Also we enjoyed having a quiet spot for autistic daughter but new owners have removed this option which is a shame

Easy motorhome/caravan access only 6 miles up fast A140 from the A14.

Liked Legends clubhouse open 7 days a week from 4pm. Cafe 24 with its excellent menu, Antique shops. Garden centre. Reclaim yard. Dog grooming shops. Huge dog friendly site with dogs on leads allowed in all venues except the Owl Sanctuary Museum and the Village Stores both of which is understandable. Alcohol cheap at £4ish a pint in clubhouse and cafe 24. More on at weekends with bingo, huge showground events and separate car boot sale area.
Disliked Very limited menu in the clubhouse for evening meal restricted to pizza or burgers really with a few sides of chips or nachos available. Jacket potatoes also available.
Not our cup of tea but fishing lake and 9 hole golf course seemed popular but crazy golf looked good.

Liked Pitch was nice toilets ok staff ok
Disliked Locks all missing of toilet doors , rubbish about the place cans etc was told bar open Sunday 10 till late and food available so went along no food being served and bar shut early so left with nothing to eat or drink no shops open to buy food as we had planned on eating at club which was impossible as decided to shut early and not do it

Liked 2nd time here. This time instead of the tent. We brought our caravan. Had the choice of where we wanted to pitch and we had a fab time. Just relaxing and enjoying our time away.
Staff again very friendly and welcoming and very helpful also.
As this site has been taken over by new owners. Everything like the toilets and shower blocks will be sorted and replaced or fixed in due course
