What customers say
This well-kept site offers ample pitches, friendly staff, and great amenities like a cafe/bar. Guests love the clean, modern washrooms and the fantastic kids' play area. A few minor points: inconsistent shower temps and unclear pitch boundaries. It’s a peaceful spot, though some found it a bit isolated.

An absolutely beautiful site with outstanding facilities!
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked This was our first camping trip and we absolutely loved it! The toilet facilities were kept constantly clean, and the showers with the adjoining changing cubical was ideal. The staff were amazing! They were always available to help if required (we didn’t need any assistance, but watched them rally round and help our neighbour set up). There was also an incident with a drunk man on our first night which was swiftly and professionally dealt with, and the family were removed from the site the next morning.
The cafe area was beautiful - The food options initially appeared basic, but were actually of a very high standard and absolutely delicious (for the grown ups). My two children enjoyed the milkshakes and loved the secure play area as well as the goal were they spent most of their time playing. None of us wanted to leave!!
Disliked The children’s food options at the cafe were limited, if non existent. Fortunately we had bought along enough food from home that it wasn’t a problem, but the only thing in the cafe suitable for our 6 yr old was a sausage bap or a cheese toastie (which needed to be modified from the listed menu option).

Not great at all…
Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked I’ve tried really hard to find something positive about this site but honestly can’t.
Disliked Showers are freezing cold.
The path to and from the showers is mulch and dirt so after you’ve had a freezing cold shower you get dirty again instantly.
The pitches are tiny and you get hardly any room. No level ground either
The “cafe” is absolutely extortionate. The pizza van isn’t fit for purpose. We waiting 1 hour 40 minutes for a garlic bread…
The staff at the cafe seem like they’d rather be anywhere else than there.
The fishing lake ( if that’s what you want to call it ) was that weedy it’s impossible to fish. There’s no actual pegs to fish from…. If your planning on fishing I wouldn’t bother
The road into the site is full of pot holes and throws the van all over
The WiFi doesn’t work and there’s absolutely zero mobile signal
Let’s just say it isn’t great..

Powered grass travel trailer campsite
Liked The site was tidy and quiet. It is in a rural setting and is a smaller site.
The staff were so lovely and helpful, and made the stay enjoyable.
It is close to a few nearby villages/towns 10-20mins drive away (we liked wymondham). 30mins to Norwich and about an hour to the coast.
The site is very basic which we enjoyed.
There is one toilet/shower block which is shared for the whole site, it has 5-6 shower cubicles. The water was hot and the pressure was good. It was kept clean and tidy.
There is a small play area for kids.
There is a bar/restaurant, we didn't get the chance to visit but it was busy and thriving everyday and we heard from locals that the grill is exceptional.
WiFi non existent and signal very sporadic on site.

Disliked Fishing like need de-weeding. Only good for kids and tiny toddlers.
