Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Waking up to the glorious views of bamford edge set your day up perfectly for what ever you have planned.
Toilets were clean and the grounds were maintained really well. About a 10minute walk to bamford train station and bus stop.
The chap that runs the place was really friendly and made me feel very welcomed as a solo traveler.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Loved the space, ability to pitch anywhere you like so we had our own corner of the site. No noise, really peaceful, back to basics site. Beautiful village close by with an excellent bakery. Park a bonus for tiring out kids! Beautiful views from site.
Disliked Toilets! (These are portaloos but always smelly - not down to the owners who did clean them twice daily - just because they're portaloos I think)!
