What customers say
This well-kept campground has spacious sites and lovely country views. Guests rave about the friendly staff, spotless washrooms, and handy farm shop. A big open field is perfect for kids' games. It’s a peaceful spot, especially off-season. Showers could be bigger, but changes are coming.

Peaceful and quiet with excellent - and spotless - facilities
Primitive grass campsite
Liked A lovely campsite, very peaceful and quiet with excellent and spotless facilities. Very friendly staff, large pitches and a farm shop across the road. The natural surroundings meant I had very inquisitive robins and a squirrel visit me at breakfast both mornings I stayed. Good nearby road links to the A41, A5, M54 and M6 make this an amazing base to explore Shropshire and Staffordshire.

From the manager: Thank for the great review, lovely to hear. You are right about the access road, Kettlemore Lane, it is fairly quiet but there are several well placed passing points if needed so it's not too bad at all! Look forward to seeing you again Liz, Dave and Erica

From the manager: Thanks for staying at Ted's and for your review, it's much appreciated. You might have seen in previous review comments that when we took over we refurbished the shower block fitting in extra showers and toilets, we know they are not the biggest and we are hoping that we can make further improvements to the showers in the near future. Hope to see you again! Liz Dave and Erica

Very clean and friendly
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Nice clean field with option for electric or non-electric pitch, fairly flat, good views, very clean toilets and showers, and a dog walk route just around the corner.
Disliked I would like more signs, had a little trouble finding it as the satnav stopped a few hundred yards before the camping site, according to postcode navigation.

Liked Great site, really peaceful although this was an off peak visit. Staff really friendly and helpful. Facilities spotless.
nice golf courses on the doorstep!!
Fully serviced was just that with proper drains for grey waste rather than just a pipe to a hedge.
Nice farm shop with local produce.
Will certainly re-visit this site.
