Liked The hot showers
Disliked The corporate capitalist greed of the owners of Lonely farm who own the huge Carlton Meres holiday park complex. They wacked the nightly tent pitch up from £8 a night to £23 per night without any explanation which is a complete extortionate rip off and totally unacceptable. Do they want customers or not ?

Liked I really liked the campsite and will definitely return.Very good value, friendly, considerate and thoughtful owner, well organised, clean,no dogs, peaceful, uncomplicated, off grid, straight forward, the essential basics, good clean shower and portaloos , great location to easily get to The Suffolk coast.
Disliked Being near the A14 is a minor inconvenience with the sound of traffic but the traffic subsides during the evening and through the night.

Liked The owner was friendly and welcoming, the 5 litre bottles of water, the clean and well maintained portaloos, the peaceful green space, the ancient oak trees, the quails eggs, the kestrels, the easy access to stunning Minsmere and the wonderful Dunwich, weird Halesworth and much more
Disliked People's aggressive yapping dogs was most annoying and frustrating.Cant people train their dogs to be friendly if they have to bring them to a campsite ? Best without dogs.Weird unfriendly other campers and the lack of sunny days
