Liked Very clean, quiet and tidy site. Peaceful atmosphere and a lovely place to stay. Overall, we were very impressed and had an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again. Would happily recommend the park to friends and family. The owners were absolutely lovely — very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They really made us feel at home and added to an already enjoyable stay.

Disliked The lighting to the toilet facilities could be better. Direction signage from the main highway could be clearer, as the park can be a little difficult to find. The shower cubicles are a bit on the small side, the shower curtain has a tendency to wrap itself around you while showering! 😄 During peak periods, there could potentially be a queue for the men’s toilet, as there is only one toilet and two urinals.

Liked Camping L'Hypo'Camp was excellent value for a 2-star campsite. The pitches are a good size, and the toilets and the rest of the site were kept very clean throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There is also a small shop and a bar on site, which were convenient and added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Disliked The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was only available in the bar area. It would have been even better if Wi-Fi coverage had been available across the entire campsite.

Liked Maes Carafanau Hendy Caravan Park is an excellent campsite. The pitches are spacious, giving you plenty of room and privacy, and the site is very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything is exceptionally well maintained, with beautifully groomed grounds and spotless facilities. It's also in a great location, just a 25–30 minute walk from Caernarfon along an easy route, making it convenient to explore the town without needing to drive. I would definitely recommend this campsite and would happily stay here again.

Liked Newnes Touring Caravan Park is a well-maintained and welcoming site, just a convenient 15-minute walk from the town. The pitches are a generous size, offering plenty of space and comfort for visitors, and the park itself is kept very clean, with facilities maintained to a high standard. The owners are friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. All in all, it’s a great place to stay.

Disliked The shower was very clean, though the water pressure was a bit weak.
