What customers say
This adults-only spot's a ripper! Spotless heated loos and showers, spacious, level sites with water/elec hook-ups a bonus. Owners are legends – super friendly and helpful. Great location, awesome views, and an easy stroll into Ellesmere. Bits of feedback mention dated showers, a bit of road noise, and no WiFi (manager's confirmed this).

Liked Liked absolutely everything. The quiet and peacefulness was incredible. The owner, Robin i think - sorry memory awful - was so pleasant and down to earth but made us feel welcome and nothing was a problem at all. At some camp sites you are made to feel you are doing things wrong but not here, it was so relaxed but equally managed very well. The camp site felt open and spacious. Toilet and showers were great, always very clean too. Definitely will visit again, hopefully very soon.
Disliked Didn't dislike anything to be honest.

Liked Newnes Touring Caravan Park is a well-maintained and welcoming site, just a convenient 15-minute walk from the town. The pitches are a generous size, offering plenty of space and comfort for visitors, and the park itself is kept very clean, with facilities maintained to a high standard.
The owners are friendly and helpful, which really adds to the overall experience. All in all, it’s a great place to stay.
Disliked The shower was very clean, though the water pressure was a bit weak.

Very clean and peaceful site.
16-amp powered grass site
Liked Good pitch size and plot. Close to water and electric. Toilets were close and clean. Peaceful site in a good location.
Disliked Not enough toilets for the camping field we were on. Only 2 showers for the field which were quite busy in the morning. Also only 1 washing up sink per field. There also wasn’t always hot water for the washing up.

Liked A lovely site, with a warm welcome and delightful views. Ellesmere itself is only a shortish walk away. Clean site, perched on a small hill and spread over 3 different fields, each with a different view and feel. Also nearby is the Shropshire Distillery, we were lucky enough to time our trip with one of its event evenings, well worth the visit.
