Liked Excellent site , very clean and grounds well kept , level pitches well spaced all services supplied, enjoyed our stay , well stocked shop and friendly staff
Granddaughter loved the pool , even though it is an extra cost 🤷♂️
Disliked Showers , although clean could do with an update to grouting etc , but that is being picky , all our data on our phones shut down on site and you have to pay £6 a day for Wi-Fi , as soon as you go out the entrance they all come back to life like there’s a blocker on phone services

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England
Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site
Liked Absolutely excellent site , immaculate everywhere, friendly staff , great to find motorhome service point for grey water etc, well placed for Cheltenham and Gloucester, another plus was the dog exercise area and facilities were top notch
Disliked Very noisy site being very close to A40 and Gloucester Rd and the airfield ,with mainly prop planes taking off every few minutes during the day , we also now realise it’s near Gloucester Hospital so blue light ambulances were constantly flying past so not the place for a peaceful holiday , but as long as you can cope with above gives you good access to the Cotswolds villages and attractions

From the manager: Thank you very much, Tim, for your detailed and kind review. We’re delighted to hear you found the site immaculate, enjoyed the facilities, and appreciated our helpful team and convenient location for exploring Cheltenham, Gloucester, and the Cotswolds. We’re sorry, though, that the local noise affected your stay, being close to main routes and the airfield can occasionally bring a bit of activity. Wishing you well in your future travels. Liked Well kept site as regards the ground keeping , staff friendly
Disliked Facilities terrible, wooden huts with large gaps around doors, so no privacy, only 2 toilets open others locked up , 1 shower has no head on it 🤦♂️🤷♂️supposed to be cleaned 3 times a day , we were there 4 days and blades of grass stuck to shower on day 1 were still there on day 4
No facilities for dogs even though they charge you for them 🤬
Tried to upload photos but unable to on your site 🤷♂️

From the manager: Here’s a calm, professional, and polite response you can post publicly to help protect your reputation while also addressing the exaggeration fairly: ⸻ Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We were surprised by your low rating, especially as other guests staying the same time rated us 10/10. We want to reassure future guests that our site offers six toilets, five showers (with one temporarily under repair), multiple water taps, and waste bins at entrance to the site. We’re proud to welcome dogs and provide facilities that are well-received by most pet owners.

Grove powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Park was extremely well laid out , lovely staff very helpful , facilities were excellent, showers etc ,toilets very clean, beautiful views and sunsets were spectacular pitches were good size and level
Disliked Not much about the park , but some people might not like the fact there is a working farm very close to the complex and they start work very early with their tractors and trailers, and the main road runs along the border so is quite busy

Liked Very well presented gravel pitch fully supported, lovely views , camping pitches seperated by well kept hedges
Disliked We were given detailed text from lady who owns it , which was good , but it was still hard to find the entrance to the lane to the site , it’s between two houses with no signage which would help , it seems like it’s a work in progress tbh , you drive through a small industrial estate ,which was formerly the farm yard , which seemed odd 🤷♂️facilities looked clean but rustic , staff friendly

Liked Nice wide pitch , water and power close to hand , good facilities, friendly staff , quite cheap
Disliked Doesn’t say on the listing for the site that it’s on the back of an industrial site next to a rugby field that is being re turfed by aload of workers who start their roller at 7.00 am and there’s loads of static campers on the site almost like a storage yard

Fully-serviced grass site
Liked Location was good for local beaches
Disliked Only have grass pitches , and they were waterlogged so we had to park on the entrance to the field on some gravel , facilities were ok , rough and ready, showers were good but toilet block was poorly built , even though it was built this year , built out of pine cladding, doors needed to be lifted to lock them due to warping, they need gravel pitches asap , I won’t use them again because if it rains next summer you wouldn’t get out of the field because it holds water
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Hi Tim Thank you for your review. It is very clear in our ad that We only offer grass pitches, We have had an unusually wet winter so far our field never hold water and long even this time of year, they drain very quickly. However it has rained every day since early November so we try to protect the feilds and any guest vehicles by offering the entrance. We did have a very wet summer and none of our pitches were water logged nor did we have any guest stuck. The water table in December is much higher. during your stay we were in the midst of 2 storms back to back. At this time of year we try to stay open to for one or two guests at a time knowing that If the feilds are to wet we can offer a dry space for motor homes to park up safely and still have all the services to hand. I do take insult for your comment, Rough and ready facilities, we try and go above and beyond to keep these clean and even though you were the only guests staying these were cleaned twice a day. The whole building is timber and movent in the structure is expected in the winter months, I can only apologise if the door lock did not line up first attempt. I would welcome you back anytime to show you how great our little site is and would go as far as to offer you a free stay to prove it. This time of year can be harsh weather wise so feel your review may be tainted by this fact as well as the storms. Stephen and Amanda Primrose farm holidays
