Ease of booking. Lovely staff that provided a map of the site with our pick marked for us. This was our maiden voyage in our campervan. The pitch was nice and level but a bit snug with our drive away awning too.

Lovely clean facilities, good pub on site - the meals were big! Close to the canal where we had a couple of bike rides.

Planned to stay 2 nights but added an extra as we were enjoying it so much.

Arrived to an easy check in at the pub. Location is great for a quiet setting with lovely walks to the canal. Very clean & Georgia is always on hand to help. We have stayed here a few times perfect for us to visit family. Pitches are level.

If you park under tree be aware of sticky sap if you have an awning!

Great location with clean bathrooms / toilets. Local pub on site serving good food. Would recommend this site most highly. One of the best sites we have visited..

Nothing and an outstanding site

Lovely surroundings being woken up by bird songs!

No one on the entrance Reception. Had to go into the pub and queue with the people waiting to order drinks to check in. Had to leave the van by the barrier - so was gone ages!
Hook up wasn’t near to plot had to have my cable over next doors drive to plug in!

This campsite was very unfaultable! I really like the facilities that were provided, the toilets and showers were always super clean and very convenient with everything you need in a cubicle. The pub was great, we had food from there both nights and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a lovely atmosphere and was never loud or out of hand… all in all this campsite is very peaceful pitches are a really good size, shops within 5 minutes, and staff super friendly and helpful. We will be stopping here again!

Loved it!! Booked an XL tent pitch and it was just perfect. Plenty of space and very private with high hedges that blocked out the cool wind chill. Site facilities were fab, as was the the lovely wooded walks which were ideal for the dogs. The George Inn was also great, especially their kindness in allowing us takeaway ice for our evening drinks on site.

Brilliant bays and well spaced camping next to the river.

Location to the road makes it very accessible but comes with noise.

Can be noisy, it's behind a pub and warm weekend brings out worse in some drinkers unfortunately. I was assured this was unusual occurrence and was dealt with fairly quickly.
But I suppose it's a risk you take when next to a pub. Staff very apologetic but I'm not sure site worth £30 pitch 1 right by path to shower block so no privacy and gate clicking whole time.
