What customers say
Great spot near attractions, with a decent pub. Staff get a big tick for being friendly. Sites are roomy & flat. Toilets are clean but a bit basic, could do with a spruce-up, especially the lights and heating when it's cold. Road noise pops up sometimes.

Excellent site with basic amenities. Ideal for Jurassic Coast walks
Powered gravel and sand caravan site
Liked Lovely welcome and well laid out site. Ideally situated for walks out to explore local area and down to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Discount given on food at drink in pub.
Disliked Pitch was at side of pub car park so a lot of activity with car doors slamming and people having chats, but doesn't go on too long or too late do not a major issue and to be expected.

We’re sorry to hear your concerns regarding the facilities. As indicated on the map provided at check-in, we do have two shower blocks on site. Over the weekend, three showers were in operation and one was temporarily out of use due to a blown filament, which was awaiting replacement.
We also apologise that your meal took longer than expected to arrive. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments have been shared with the kitchen teams.
We do hope we can welcome you back again for a smoother experience in the future.
Great location, staff, pitch & pub.

great staff , great pub, great food , good tent pitches , good time!
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked tent pitches were very flat, level and easy to put the pegs into the ground , site was not too busy when we went so lots of room. could park the van next to the tent witch was useful.
The toilets ,showers were clean and functional if a little basic , but showers were warm.
the staff were very welcoming and helpful , the pub, food and beer all excellent ,obviously having a pub at the site is a major bonus ( at lest for us ) .
The location for local attractions is great only short drives to Durdle door , jurassic coast ect.
I would have no problems recommending this site we enjoyed our stay and had a great time we will come back .
Disliked not much to dislike , it was rather windy on a couple of the days but that's weather and no ones fault .
the toilets and showers as previously mentioned are basic but functional.
(maybe more of a problem when the site is busy ).

A stopover next to a pub but expensive for what it is.
Unpowered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Friendly staff. Convenient location near Lulworth but by a busy road.
Disliked Bring your headtorch to use toilet or shower - no internal lights after 7am in the middle of winter!
Very basic and cramped facilities for the price and only one toilet and shower open. A little more thought and design could have gone into the facilities - a bigger sink, working lights, a few more hooks to hang towel and clothes etc. Small things that would make a big difference.
