Liked Lovely camp site,we even extended our stay by two nights.All the staff were super friendly. Food on site was great . Toilets and showers very clean...cleaned every day,cleaner took pride in her work, her name was Iris,the lovely ladies on reception gave us her name...will definitely be back.
Disliked Not being able to take the dog on Croyde beach (not allowed on there during peak season) but that was our own fault for not checking before hand.

Too much focus on ‘club’ instead of tourer basics - like hot water.

Liked Ideally situated for the beach. Very friendly and welcoming security guard on the Croyde Burrows gate.
Disliked Showers lukewarm at best. A huge corporate site like this should be able to get the basics right- but no - two uncomfortably cool showers in two days. I was also unimpressed by £7 charge for the washing machines. Last campsite was £1 for a 30 minute refresh and £2.40 for a proper wash cycle. Ruda are taking the proverbial.

Disliked where are the tent places very dirty garbage also toilets and where to wash dishes.
We didn't have an envelope ready for arrival. The price was high. We had to collect trash to put up our tent.

Liked Location, lovely children's park and if it wasn't so busy, the swimming pool.
Disliked No details were communicated from the park of where we go to check in, details on the swimming sessions and how to book so we missed out on alot, even after phoning them. I feel we should've booked direct with john fowler than booking via pitchup.

Liked Location, pitch size and location within the site. Facilities, such as chemical disposal, rubbish, including recycling option, water was great. Nice that it’s all been opened up to dogs and other animals.
Disliked Definitely overpriced for what you get, and clearly milking the location and seasonal uptake. Stayed there for four nights, and don’t think the showers and toilets were ever cleaned. Loo roll and bin bags were changed only.
