What customers say
Spacious, wild camping spot for a peaceful rural escape, pick your own pitch! Friendly staff, great scenery & hot showers are a hit. On-site food (pizza, Polish) popular. Some mention litter/noise, but natural beauty, river access & dogs get a big thumbs up for a back-to-basics break.

Not a quiet site at peak times.
Unpowered grass and earth tent or motorhome site (wild)
Liked The onsite pizza van.
The amount of space and freedom to choose.
The friendly check in.
The scenery.
Disliked Litter left by previous campers (cigarette buts and wet wipes hanging in the hedges).
Leaking toilet sinks and filthy toilet paper.
Onsite event all afternoon with megaphones spoiling the peace and quiet.
Partying till 10pm.
Howling and barking dogs.
Awoken in night by arguing people and cars driving past my tent.
I wasn't happy with my experience compared to other sites where I've paid the same. The site clearly needs better supervision and regular checking for litter & cleanliness when busy and rules about quiet times made more visible.

Great for dogs, very dog friendly.
Great Polish food with friendly chef Roman. Also pizza available separately. Live music on the Saturday was excellent.
Breakfast available but not always open.
Some alcohol available at the pizza takeaway.
The shower pressure was wxcellent and perfect temperature at any time of the day that we used it. Toilet roll was provided.
Great little area of the river for kids and dogs to play in with a little slide.
Disliked No campsite shop except for cold drinks and ice lollies.
Shower was thick with cobwebs and large spiders which could just use sweeping out.

Excellent wild camping with facilities that are more than adequate
Unpowered grass and earth tent or motorhome site (wild)
Liked Space, facilities and location.
The variety of fields was great - it meant that whilst the farm clearly had campers, it didn’t feel busy and there’s plenty of cool places to pitch up
Tent only field was great for me, down by the river and it felt like I had the entire hillside to myself
Facilities were excellent with great help from the owners and staff.
Onsite pizza and polish street food too!! Check timings and I’ll be definitely not brining my own food next time so I can indulge!
Will be back - highly recommended for something a little more wild and definitely rural
Oh and the shower - perfect temp and pressure - could have stayed under that for hours
