What customers say
Great campsite with friendly staff and spotless facilities. Spacious, level pitches offer a peaceful stay. Handy for Bude and beaches, though some pitches near the A39 experience road noise and a few older facilities could use an update.

Brilliant place to stay!
2 bedroom lodge (hot tub)
Liked We stayed in Helyk which was great!
LOVED the hot tub, the space inside and the little tips in the green folder (places to eat, things to do, etc). We were self contained so didn't need the shared toilet or shower facilities but we did use the dog wash which was a godsend after a day at the beach with an excitable schnauzer.
Little touches helped make our stay smoother - e.g. having dishwashing soap available when we arrived, and ice packs in the freezer to keep picnics cool.
Helyk was really nicely set out, everything was clean and accessible and games available for our girls.
Really good location to take day trips from too - and we seemed to be staying in a butterfly attraction in the late afternoon which was very sweet. We also saw the team a few times and they were also lovely and very welcoming. We had hoped to tag an extra night on but couldn't due to commitments, otherwise we'd have jumped at the chance to stay longer!
Disliked Nothing.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Have stayed…
Power optional concrete slab caravan site
Liked Friendly and welcoming staff. Have stayed previously about 3 years ago and there appears to have been improvements. Facilities are acceptable just a little tired but generally clean. Pitch was large enough for our 24ft motorhome and level.
Disliked No real complaints other than poor tv signal.

Mordros 3 bedroom lodge (hot tub)
Liked What a lovely place to stay, great location to Bude which was a lovely walk too (through Poughill). We stopped in Mordros and had three lovely big bedrooms and three bathrooms for our three families….perfect. Enclosed garden, fit all three cars within that area, great hot tub and picnics tables. Wetsuit wash, dog wash facilities. Washer etc.
We had a look at all the facilities for campers and they looked great too so wouldn’t hesitate in camping here either

A+ Fantastic Site, Friendly staff, Handy location, Clean and well kept
Power optional grass site
Liked We loved our stay here! We didn't want to leave and we wished we had booked a longer stay at this site. Coming from a campsite beforehand where everyone kept to themselves, it was refreshing to be in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Our 7 year old made lots of friends and everyone we spoke to was lovely. Perfect for familys and good value for money. Nestled in the valley it was still and warm and we had a fairly flat pitch with no blustery winds. The staff were super friendly and helpful, you could see how hard they work to keep this amazing site running so well. Theres a small onsite shop in reception with gorgeous local honey available. The toilets and showers were modernised and clean. The washing up area and laundry, toilets ect all in one place and set out perfectly. We thought it was quite small when we arrived but after strolling around there was lots of accommodation tucked away in the lush green 💚 A path from the site takes you through to bude, handy as theres no driving through bude. Brilliant location for site seeing/beaches, giant water slides. Lots to be doing and the beautiful cornish views are just the best thing 👌 we will be back!
Disliked Theres nothing I can say that we disliked ☺️

Great site that we'll be back to!
Power optional grass site
Liked Flat spacious pitches. Clean toilets and shower facilities. Friendly, helpful owners and staff. Location easily accessed and just far enough out of Bude to be quiet, yet easy access to supermarkets and beaches.
Worth noting that noise was almost non-existent after 9pm…!
