What customers say
A roomy rural campsite with a chill vibe & ripper staff. Folks love the spotless loos (hot showers a treat!) & handy food van. While some reckon the dunny's a bit old-school & there's the odd bit of din, the quiet bush setting & views get a big tick. Pond Field's more outback, Farm Field's closer to the action. Great value & good for families.

Disliked The group of Middle Aged males next to us kept exposing themselves to urinate in the tree line with a child in our party playing in the same area less than 20 feet away

Farm Field unpowered grass campervan site
Liked Staff at check in were lovely, showers and toilets on site were an unexpected bonus. Food van being on site was a real treat.
Disliked The facilities probably needed a bit of love and attention, although they were clean it was clear they are well used.
The biggest downside for us was that the site was largely left to manage itself which meant that there were large group bookings. One of which was playing relatively loud music (presumably it was some sort of celebration) until midnight - it wasn't ideal when you've got kids you're trying to get to sleep.

From the manager: Thanks very much for your review. We are so pleased that you liked the staff, showers and food van.
We are always updating the site, such as adding the sink with running water to the Pond Field and a shower will also be in the field soon. The Farm Field toilets are due for works at the end of the season. They are attended regularly to make sure they are fully stocked and clean.
We find that most campers enjoy the option of where to camp, rather than having set pitches.
I am sorry to hear that someone did not adhere to our stringent rules on noise. I myself was in the field at 11pm when quiet hours commence and I could not hear the music. I can assure you that staff are on duty 24hrs a day and if your concern was raised when on site, we would've dealt with it swiftly. We are a family campsite first and foremost.
I am sorry that you feel that you needed to wait until writing a review to voice your worries, rather than speaking with us- we are very understanding and approachable!
All the best and kind regards.
