What customers say
This family park has roomy spots & heaps to do, like soft play, mini-golf & bushwalks. Staff are legends, facilities spotless, and it's a cracker spot near Marwell Zoo. While a few mentioned shower hiccups or noise, most loved it and wanna come back. The restaurant & bar get a big thumbs up.

Liked The toilet/shower block was lovely. Warm, nicely decorated and very clean. There are 2 blocks - both unisex. We only tried one block, which had 7 individual showers either locking doors, 4 large individual toilets, and 5 sinks with plenty of room. Soap was provided, with paper towels and an electric hand dryer.
Easy access to chemical toilet disposal.
Had AMAZING help from an on site gentleman who spent quite some time with us sorting out our boiler and fresh water filling. As complete newbies (this was our first night in tge motorhome) he was invaluable.
Disliked We were pitched in a car.park. That could be because our motorhome is 7.5 metres & that was the only space big enough, but there were vehicles coming and going even early morning and evening, so not as peaceful as we were hoping for.
We would have benefitted from a sign pointing to the fresh water tap. We arrived after reception was closed, and couldn't find it.

Did the job for me

Liked Spacious Hardstanding, convenient location for my needs. Good communication with managers re arrivals. Well kept grounds in leafy green setting with ponds and activities.
Disliked I arrived late and left early so can’t really comment on the activities offered. Only frustration was the shower block. Distance from main camping area, 4 showers, but not cubicals to dress in after (no privacy). Lights kept turning off, could you add some more motion sensors please?
Some road noise, to be expected given location, but not overbearing.

The site should have been closed. Only Ducks were enjoying the site.

Liked Nothing
Disliked The toilet block was very unclean, some of the toilets were closed for refurbishment. We were advised in advance that there was restricted access to the Gravel pitches. However we were not told the whole site was swamped with Water and most of the site was not accessible to vehicles and even for dog walking. We were put into the "communal Area" which was no more than a car park. This was also very wet and muddy. The overall experience was very disappointing. We should have had the opportunity to re book an alternative date when the site conditions improved.
