What customers say
This family park has roomy spots & heaps to do, like soft play, mini-golf & bushwalks. Staff are legends, facilities spotless, and it's a cracker spot near Marwell Zoo. While a few mentioned shower hiccups or noise, most loved it and wanna come back. The restaurant & bar get a big thumbs up.

Liked We have been coming to marwell for a few years not and it never fails to disappoint. Amazing staff, always so helpful. Toilets and showers are always kept clean and tidy. The younger Kids had an amazing time, with the ridiculously hot weather they thoroughly enjoyed water gun fights, being able to access water without any issues (had other campsites that have refused them to use the water for water fights) the older kids we to the lake to fish, although they didn’t catch anything they really enjoyed it. thank you all for another great stay. Roll on next time

Liked Site was amazing lots to do with the kids . Beautiful location.
There was a cleaner in the shower block all day so it was spotless in there .
Disliked Showers were so cold you couldn't use them and water didn't work on pitch 90% of the time . On the hottest may bankholiday on record it wasn't good not having water available.

Liked What a nice time in a nice venues. Had one night stay as was booked out for the rest. Very plesant vibes, nice scenery
Disliked Under staffed a little. Coffee shop could have been open before 10. Expensive for non electric pitch.

Ok but expensive for what we felt we got.
Unpowered grass site
Liked Restaurant was good,
Live music on the Saturday night was great
Pizza was very good.
Staff were very friendly
Disliked Very low water pressure, lots of failing showers and taps.
Felt very cramped in the camping they had open pitches but didn't spread people out which is odd given the pitches were allocated.
No real family facilities/baby changing which is again odd considering its supposed to be family friendly
Half of the activities were not on which was not articulated when booking - I understand not everything runs all year but on a bank holiday weekend you would have thought things would be on or at the bare minimum you would be told whats on so you can decide if the price is worth it.
With little/no space around the pitches without moving into the "road" it felt as if they had increased the number of pitches to push numbers but the facilities had not been upgraded to cope with the numbers
Overall feels like the site wants to be "premium" but feels half assed in some areas
