Liked The site is beautifully kept, very very clean.
I loved the washrooms, the water was really warm and it was so clean.
We took a return journey on the boat into York which was lovely.
It’s approximately an hour and 15 mins walk into York but it’s a very Pleasant walk.

Disliked Maybe a few more sinks to do the dishes, there’s only one sink.

Disliked Nsighbour was rude next door in caravan having a
Conversation outside and we are a middle age couple about a family member who had recently past and he asked us to talk quiter this was at 7.20 pm we were not noisy

Liked The surroundings, cleaningness, the opportunity of going by boat to York, the bathrooms with glass divisions, facility to book and information provided.

Disliked I liked everything. Maybe a bench/chair in the shower room would be nice. Wi-fi could be better.

Liked Really beautiful brand new facilities! Such a treat - felt more like a boutique hotel than a touring site.
Fantastic location on the riverside, very pretty walks right on site. Incredibly easy access from the A64.

Disliked Awkward pitch to get on/off with a caravan and staff were not contactable on arrival but all OK in the end.
