Unpowered grass site
Liked: First camping experience for appx 35yrs and the first ever for my wife (and Dogs). Very welcoming and clean site. Couldn't have wished for anything more - and my wife enjoyed so much she is already looking at our next trip camping. Great dog walks, wonderful location. Well worth a visit.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Stayed in a pod basic and very clean. Good showers and toilets.

Fully-serviced grass site
Liked: The staff, they were so lovely and couldn't have possibly been any nicer. The site was well maintained with very good facilities.
Disliked: We were unfortunate to be camped next to a family that didn't seem to care about anyone but themselves. They even just let their grey waste pour onto the grass when there was a drain about 5ft away.

Liked: Beautiful location with nice sized pitches. Lovely clean new shower block, toilets and washing up area.
Disliked: The shower cubicles need somewhere to put clothes, maybe a stool. Also need a squeegee to get rid of the water as people are trailing mud and grass everywhere. The sinks for washing up are extremely low down

Fully-serviced concrete slab caravan site
Liked: Nice and quiet site. Not too big. Two nice fishing lakes. Facilities were ideal.for our needs. Who needs a shop and entertainment when all.is needed is the peace and quiet. I will be back as it is a great place for a relaxing fishing weekend

Liked: Pitch was a good size and level and it was easy to book Liked the walk around the lakes and the site is nicely kept
Disliked: Toilets and shower room was cold no heating on so it was freezing The family room heating was on I did call to report it but nothing was done unfortunately, there was no way of turning the heating on I was told by warden that has to be done in the plant room! If it wasn’t for this i would have given 5 stars
