Super clean, modern loos! Lovely, well-kept site with ample space & peaceful surrounds. Staff are a treat, and kids love the park/woods. Wi-Fi's a bit hit-and-miss, phone signal's weak, and pegs can be tricky in hard ground.

Rooftop tent unpowered grass site
Liked We stayed here in September 25. We were made to feel most welcome and they couldn't do enough to make sure we had an enjoyable visit. Great views over the lake and we were able to choose where we pitched! They were also happy to let us leave at our leisure the next day and we enjoyed a walk around the lovely site. Probably the best toilet and shower facilities I have seen at a campsite. Highly recommend.

It is always great to see your lovely comments, as for the dislikes, we are not strict on ball games at all, we have 72 acres here with just 2 of which we ask you not to kick footballs, this is around the toilet block and peoples caravans so this rule is in place for good reason. Liked Oakhill leisure was fantastic site. The facilities were fantastic. Toilet and shower block kept very clean by Jodie.
Jodie does an exceptional job maintaining the site and facilities. Site is very big with lots of space to explore. It was ideally located for the things I had booked to do in the area. Myself and my children throughly enjoyed doing the green man trail. We had some mechanical issues with our car and left 1 night earlier than planned. I was very pleasantly surprised that Jodie messaged us the following day just to check that we got home safe. This I thought just added that little extra level of care to her customers. I would highly recommend Oakhill leisure to anybody looking to stay in the area. We will definitely be beck again. Thank you for everything Jodie.
Disliked I think that the faces on the green man trail could do with being a little bigger as some of them were very hard to find. It took me and my two children 2 attempts at 2 hours each time to find them.

Liked Excellent showers and toilets, clean site, shop that stocked essentials. Lovely walks around the woods. Close to lincoln. Highly recommend. Great for kids!

Liked We arrived mid week, there are a lot of pitches taken up, but not a lot of people staying. Lovely peaceful site due to lack of others, fantastic clean well looked after facilities. Stunning walks, the lake although isn’t massive it is a great walk around. Reception was great, extremely helpful.

Liked Cleanlessness of facilities very good toliets and shower blocks always being cleaned and well maintained, washing and dryer maxhines available at a cost and vanity area with hairdryer, wardens very helpful and friendly, pitch was great, very good location for newark and lincoln, and a quite site, play park on site good for the kids and nice walk through woods and paths. I can't fault this site
