What customers say
A small, well-kept site behind a popular pub serving excellent food. Pitches are level and spacious with EHU. Staff are friendly and helpful. Limited to one shower/toilet, with some road noise, but a great base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Lovely little site perfect for a stop over on the way down south.

Liked Small site, set behind the pub/restaurant which serves excellent food so book a table early, with the friendly staff. Perfect for a stop over on the way to down south.
Disliked Sadly this year there was a wasp issue which is not the fault if the site/pub, they were trying different tactics to control the pests with variable success. We have stayed here before and did not have this issue so may have more to do with the heatwave. Just be prepared.
Only 1 toilet and shower for everyone at the back of the pub.

Perfect for my overnight stay whilst visiting cirencester.

Liked It was a lovely small site . There were no children. My dog gets excited around children. He was calm only barked once when he saw another dog and wanted to say hello. All utilities easily accessible. Lovely walk in adjoining field

Liked Warm welcome
Showed to our pitches
Large pitch
Lovely meal in the Thames Inn
Disliked One shower and one toilet in one block for the whole site (11 pitches).
Only 3 units on the site whilst we were there, but one of the units went for a shower and was gone for 45-50 minutes. This leaves no facilities for anyone! It also wasn’t that clean - just barely.
Road noise.

Very nice site, level pitches & great starting point for hikes!

Liked Nice big pitches on gravel with a piece of grass for every pitch. Nice and quiet site with EHU available + toilet & shower. Very convienent! The pub is also nice, friendly people, good food & drinks.
Disliked Personally I would've preferred the shower and toilet to be seperate. Now the toilet & shower is in 1 room which means no one can use the loo when someone is showering.

Nice calming stay.

Liked The pitch was beautiful, we we’re situated under a tree with plenty of grass around to put out the chairs.
The food in the pub was great and very reasonably priced.
Disliked Not sure if there was a toilet / shower but it didn’t matter to us as we didn’t need one with the motorhome

Loved our 2 nights there. The staff were friendly. A good experience

Liked Lovely gravel pitch with electric. Not far from the pub which was great. Had lunch and evening meal there and breakfast both of the mornings. Need to book evening meal and breakfast. Superb quality food.
Disliked The lack of washing up facilities and the provision of only 1 shower/toilet lets it down. There are 11 (approx) pitches so cannot guarantee a shower when you want it. Toilets in pub can be used when it is open
