Μου άρεσε Beautiful setting, superb toilet block, woolly neighbours who politely disappeared off up the mountains at night time, fantastic sunsets. This was an amazing site with walks directly from the site into the mountains. It was nice and quiet and the grounds were very well looked after. The toilets were always spotless and everything went really well. Love the later checkout too. Having a bit of a lie in this morning was very helpful. Location was also great. We visited Haford national trust for a walk, devils punch bowl / bridge, aberwyswyth and the Hafren board walk all within a decent amount of travel.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere, and those fantastic sunsets and it sounds like our woolly neighbours behaved themselves perfectly too!! It’s lovely to hear you made the most of the walks straight from the site and enjoyed exploring the local area. We’re also really pleased the later checkout helped you enjoy a more relaxing final morning. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another relaxing stay in the hills!

Μου άρεσε Jane was fantastic before we even arrived we had all the info and bits that we needed. Then she met us straight away and made us feel very welcome. The site itself is beautiful with fantastic views, close amenities and peace and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean and tidy.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for your comments. As we are a small site on a working dairy farm we are not always on site when customers arrive. So we like to make sure you have all the information you need for your arrival. Our arrival email includes where your pitch is and our own detailed directions. We also mark your pitch with your name to help. It is great to hear that this was really useful for you. So pleased to hear you have enjoyed our site.

Μου άρεσε The campsite was fantastic and thank you to our hosts for being so welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and the site had just gotten over a big flood so we were grateful to be able to stay at all. We had excellent sunsets from where we were camped and the toilet block was not too far away. We noticed that the toilets and showers were immaculate every time we used them, and social distancing was in place to ensure everybody's safety. We used the site to explore the lake district. Although it was fairly far out from the Lakes, it was perfect for getting into and out of the lakes quickly and easily with good road connections. We did need to nip and get a blanket because it was very cold, but with Carlisle just 20 minutes away - it was no bother at all!
