Ik was blij met Beautiful setting, superb toilet block, woolly neighbours who politely disappeared off up the mountains at night time, fantastic sunsets. This was an amazing site with walks directly from the site into the mountains. It was nice and quiet and the grounds were very well looked after. The toilets were always spotless and everything went really well. Love the later checkout too. Having a bit of a lie in this morning was very helpful. Location was also great. We visited Haford national trust for a walk, devils punch bowl / bridge, aberwyswyth and the Hafren board walk all within a decent amount of travel.

Ik was blij met Jane was fantastic before we even arrived we had all the info and bits that we needed. Then she met us straight away and made us feel very welcome. The site itself is beautiful with fantastic views, close amenities and peace and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean and tidy.

Ik was blij met The campsite was fantastic and thank you to our hosts for being so welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and the site had just gotten over a big flood so we were grateful to be able to stay at all. We had excellent sunsets from where we were camped and the toilet block was not too far away. We noticed that the toilets and showers were immaculate every time we used them, and social distancing was in place to ensure everybody's safety. We used the site to explore the lake district. Although it was fairly far out from the Lakes, it was perfect for getting into and out of the lakes quickly and easily with good road connections. We did need to nip and get a blanket because it was very cold, but with Carlisle just 20 minutes away - it was no bother at all!
