Μου άρεσε The staff were amazing in reception and so helpful and went above and beyond eg. We asked about caravan storage and one of the ladies on reception took it upon herself to email on our behalf to different companies so we could go out for the day. The young man on reception helped my husband with the Spanish pronunciations of different things on the menu ect.

Δεν μου άρεσε The cleanliness in the bar and the toilets in the bar and restaurant were very unclean and badly maintained Showers on shutdown day was not acceptable. Sharing with men or vice versa was not alerted to campers and one toilet at least should have been available during this time and a set time for men and women for showering We went with a car and touring caravan and our spot was most definitely not suitable for nothing more than a motor home

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you very much, Teresa, for taking the time to share your experience. We’re delighted to hear that our reception team made such a positive impression and went out of their way to help you. We’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to the team! We’re sorry about the temporary closure of the showers and appreciate your comments regarding the organisation and communication during this maintenance period. We’ll certainly take your observations into account for the future. Regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and restaurant toilets, we will pass your comments on to the bar management, as this service is run independently by someone outside the campsite. We’re also sorry that your pitch wasn’t as suitable as you had hoped for your car and touring caravan. Thank you again for your feedback and for recognising the efforts of our staff. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Camping & Bungalows Zumaia.

Μου άρεσε The surroundings and the boundary streams There was a nice small bar and parking by your plot

Δεν μου άρεσε If you like to just put your feet up and watch TV or listen to the radio then bring a firstick or a Bluetooth radio. The showers and toilet block was not very clean and the shower was scolding hot Dogs were not supposed to be off lead but we saw many

Μου άρεσε We loved the quiet area and surroundings The showers were ok. Clean and spacious. There is a local pup in front of the shower block. If you want to just get away for peace and quiet this park is perfect

Δεν μου άρεσε My only dislike was having to cross the road to get to the toilet block and showers and the heating was not on in the shower block and it was quite blustery
