Δεν μου άρεσε On two mornings toilets were out of action but fixed fairly quickly. Huge space and if I’d known I’d have opted for a non electric pitch to have more space. It was also quite expensive for what it was. Marketing shows Holkham Hall but you’re a 10 minute walk away.

Μου άρεσε Superb adults only campsite. Really warm welcome, perfectly clean, tidy facilities. Exceptionally clean bathrooms and showers. Only a 10 min walk to Cheddar. Nice paths for walking the dog.

Μου άρεσε Cracking campsite. Huge pitches and level too. Lovely pool. Beautiful hot showers. Exceptionally friendly hosts, genuinely lovely people. Best baguette and pain au chocolate we had all week. Great stop over site.

Μου άρεσε Superb location, right on the lake. Spacious pitches and good showers and toilets. Nice circular walk around the lake that’s easy and a dip in the lake was refreshing.

Δεν μου άρεσε The restaurant. We asked for a piece of local cake to takeaway and he charged us 50 cents for a flimsy plastic container. He wasn’t too happy either.

Μου άρεσε Absolutely loved this campsite. Although smallish it has everything you need. Clean toilets and showers, lovely little shop and a great bar which serves food. The staff were so helpful in organising a rafting trip and generally so nice. Location is perfect for Soca River activities and the village is only a 10 min walk. We had a pitch next to the river which was shaded by trees.

Μου άρεσε The site is a really nice location with a 10 minute walk of the beach. Like how it was sectioned into different camping areas. Short walk to shower and toilet blocks

Μου άρεσε The views are amazing and made all the better with the sunshine. The shop is well stocked. Lovely walks and only 40 mins on foot to St.David’s.

Μου άρεσε Everything! It was very spacious, with an amazing pool. Has a great and well stocked shop and clean toilet and shower facilities. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food and wine was delicious. Very peaceful. Lovely hosts.

Μου άρεσε The view was amazing and the campsite quiet and peaceful. Hot showers. The pool was nice and refreshing and a welcomed cool down at the end of the day.!

Δεν μου άρεσε Shower facilities down in the site, a little basic and no toilet roll but not a big problem.

Μου άρεσε The setting was stunning, incredibly spacious and very civilised. The facilities are very good and very clean. Loved how local businesses came to sell produce.

Μου άρεσε Location and shop full of local produce. Showers were modern and extremely clean.

Δεν μου άρεσε We booked within 24 hours and the site was busy on arrival. We were initially offered a pitch next to busy road and then it was suggest we could park on soil, unkept area. Eventually we perched on the edge of another pitch and it was fine for us and fortunately the other couple were ok with this.

Μου άρεσε I can see why this site gets such high ratings, it's perfect. Hugely spacious pitches, which are all very private. Beautiful setting and great facilities and a really nice feel. Probably the best of all our bookings, love how different it was. Great for children and adults too.

Μου άρεσε The location is perfect for the black forest and a good base for a few days. The staff are helpful and they have a well stocked shop, including ice cream which was needed in the heat.

Δεν μου άρεσε Its a busy site and we were right near the kids play area which was a little noisy at times, late into the evening. Toilets and shower areas could be cleaner but it was fine. You have to pay to use the pool at 3 Euros per person, but they offer a weekly ticket of 25 Euros if staying longer.

Μου άρεσε The situation on the river is superb. The pitches are spacious and we were right on the banks of the river, with excellent views. It was exceptionally busy but we didn't feel over crowded. Felt more rustic and more wild camping and was a nice change from bigger sites. Beautiful setting.

Δεν μου άρεσε Only two toilets and you have to take your own toilet roll. It was fine, just took some organising.

We still have 2 toilet blocks with several toilets and showers per block but it is true that when the campsite is full it doesn't seem like much. Μου άρεσε Only stayed one night but was perfect for what we needed. Nice bar area and staff were very helpful even though we arrived late. Lake isn't really swimmable unless you like green water.
