Δεν μου άρεσε The reception, club, and bar had previously had a fire and was being repaired. The site made me pay again as they had no record of the booking. The toilet disposal point was blocked and overflowing. The pitch I was allocated was triple booked, when we went out in the van, despite leaving our pitch marker someone else was given the pitch. We only stayed 2 nights out of the 3 as we couldn't stand any more.

Από τον διαχειριστή: Thank you for your review sorry you didn't enjoy your stay - In regards to the missing booking - I can see two bookings on the system one which was made on 16th July at 09.18 am for £104.55 which remains unpaid and another booking made on the 5th August for £80 which was paid not sure why the reception didn't find your original booking when you arrived however it was certainly made. Do you have a record of paying twice? If so please forward a bank statement showing this to us and we will arrange a refund for the double payment. During the days after the fire we had no booking system so guests were allocating themselves to empty pitches obviously these were exceptional circumstances and not something we could have ever planned for in the main season.
