Μου άρεσε This is a difficult review because we quickly decided not to stay because it didn't suit us at all so I can't really say anything I liked.

Δεν μου άρεσε I feel it is important to highlight the issues that were missing from other reviews because if I'd known about them I certainly wouldn't have booked this site. Many reviews describe it as having lovely views, but that couldn't be further from the truth from our pitch. It was small, very tight to get into and literally looked straight into a hedge on the driver's side. It not only felt very claustrophobic but the pitches were close together too, so you had no privacy to the other side or front either. It should also be made very clear that the access is very steep with a 90 degree turn at the bottom of the hill so you have zero chance to gain momentum, especially in wet conditions. Clearly the owner thought the weather was the problem rather than the site not meeting expectations so when we said we'd decided not to stay she advised that we would be better heading for Folkestone and going to Spain instead!

Μου άρεσε Lovely site with beautiful mountain views in all directions and about 10-15 mins walk into Beddgelert. Quiet and peaceful with spotless facilities and easy to access with a motorhome. We had a serviced hard standing pitch which was a good size and they were well spaced too. Food and beer were good in the Prince Llewelyn Hotel (dog friendly) and there's a cafe, ice cream parlour and shop/post office in the village too

Μου άρεσε We stayed for a one night stopover between The Gower and St Davids in a motorhome. Its a small, peaceful site with beautiful views and we had a viewside pitch with hardstanding and EHU. With those amazing views obviously comes the possibility of exposure to bad weather and when we arrived it was gale force winds and drizzle. However the wind didn't actually affect the MH too much as it was facing nose into the wind and by the evening it had calmed down and we had a very peaceful night. The pitch was level and not too far from the toilet block that I found to be spotless. We had a leisurely stroll into the village for a pub dinner which was excellent and the pub is also dog friendly. It was also surprisingly busy for a Tuesday evening. Sadly the bar at Laugharne View wasn't open as it was Tuesday, but it looked to be in the perfect position if you happended to be there at the weekend. I went for a lovely walk with the dog around the fields the next morning and really enjoyed the freedom and tranquility. We would be happy to stay longer than 1 night if in the area again.

Μου άρεσε We stayed one night in a motorhome on the way back from the Welsh coast. The site is on a fishing lake set in lovely quiet and tranquil surroundings with views of the surrounding hills and has level hardstanding pitches and a few grass pitches too. There are EHU points, drinking water, washing up room and elsan point and the toilet block is spotlessly clean. WiFi is provided, phone signal was good and its dog friendly. It was very quiet overnight and we would stay again

Δεν μου άρεσε The access road is a single track lane, so it could be a challenge if you met something coming the other way as there are few passing points. We couldn't get a tv signal using our MH aerial, but as WiFi is available this wasn't a problem for us. It is a bit too far to walk to the pub in our opinion

Μου άρεσε We arrived on Easter Sunday for 1 night after a last minute booking and were warmly welcomed by the owner with all the information we needed. We liked having no restrictions on where and which direction to pitch and the site was quiet and peaceful with lovely views (apart from motorbikes on A6 during the afternoon). Close to The Family Tree pub which does lovely food and is also dog friendly. Walks can be accessed straight from the campsite

Δεν μου άρεσε Grass was a bit long and motorbikes were a bit noisy on the A6 Sunday afternoon.
