Δεν μου άρεσε we arrived at reception spoke to a lady at the desk about my medical needs very unhelpful when i said i needed to be near toillets she said you will see them when you go to your pitch when we got to our pitch it was wet and along way from toilets deciided to go and get fish and chips from chip shop on site ask for fish and chips and scampie and chips the fish was the size of palm of your hand charged £30.00 RIP off drove 2 hours to get there stayed 1 hour went home

Από τον διαχειριστή: You booked to arrive here on the Saturday 3rd of January after which had been a very busy Christmas & New Year all the guests had been and gone after the Christmas holidays to get back to work or normality. You were contacted firstly on messenger about the weather conditions asking if you would like to cancel or move your booking on to another date. You were then phoned by a member of staff to ask you again, you said no it was all fine and that you was a experienced fisherman who was quite used to being outside in the cold and knew how to boil a kettle. You then called and booked a table for Saturday evening you both had scampi & chips, came in ate your food and left, you could have come and sat by the log fire had a coffee or a drink and a chat. my bar & wating staff felt you wanted to left alone. You also booked a table for Sunday lunch I reserved a table for you, I was fully booked, (last Sunday of the holidays), with a waiting list, you did not show up or cancel and we tried to call you to make sure you were ok, you rejected the calls and then turned your phone off. It is not a secret that this site is self check in, sorry no meet & greet..

We wanted to take a moment to explain that our campsite is located next to a protected ancient monument, and due to strict archaeological regulations, we are not permitted to dig or construct permanent infrastructure—such as toilet blocks—within certain areas of the site. Preserving this historical land is something we take seriously, and it does affect where facilities can be placed. Our site is primarily aimed at self-sufficient campers, and we make this clear in our site description. While we do offer toilet and shower facilities for those who are not fully self-contained, these are shared with some of our fishing guests, We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, which helps us continue to improve.
