Camping Le Lanfonnet

Μου άρεσε Location, only a few yards from the lakeside. Boat trips available nearby to go to Annecy, and close to bus stop.
Friendly staff.

Δεν μου άρεσε Shower block was horrible, cold, dark, cobwebby and a pull chain for the shower which gave about 30 seconds of water.
They really need to improve this facility.
The shop was very basic, the whole place is a bit run down and ramshackle.

We would like to reiterate that the sanitary blocks are maintained daily by our team. Our blocks are partially open, and sometimes nature takes over. In the summer, we have to deal with a multitude of insects, but generally speaking, we manage these issues.

We have one or two old-fashioned showers with a chain in this first block, which certainly needs to be modernized.

Our team is vigilant in maintaining the entire site, and in some areas, the organization could be improved.
Please do not confuse the need for modernity and organization with the terms "cleanliness and ramshackle".

Our second block would certainly have been more suitable for you.

Μου άρεσε Fabulous in every way! Location is brilliant. You’re close to the no. 20 bus stop which will take you around the lake and to Annecy. A two minute walk to the dock to pick up the boat which also takes you around the lake and to Annecy. Very friendly campsite, quiet, great pitches with water and electric. Very clean showers, toilets and washing facilities. A little shop and various good restaurants within easy walking distance. Selection of beaches very close. A great find. We will be back.

Our restroom facilities need to be modernized in some areas. The second block might have been more suitable for you. Our blocks are maintained daily and checks are carried out. We are therefore surprised by your feedback. Please do not confuse cleanliness with modernity.

In addition, you have many activities with external partners nearby for cycling, hiking, canoeing, first flights, and boating on the lake.

Our campsite aims to be simple and natural, above all, with a view to preserving the true camping spirit.

The price includes local charges and taxes.

Μου άρεσε Location is good. Short walk to lake. Staff were very friendly.

Δεν μου άρεσε Water in showers was lukewarm / tepid. No lights in dishwashing area / some of the toilets and showers so take a head torch.

Μου άρεσε Dat we uiteindelijk een kampeerplek hadden was fijn, het personeel was vriendelijk en de ligging is perfect!,plekken zijn ruim genoeg.

Δεν μου άρεσε De prijs is aan de hoge kant , het sanitair is sterk verouderd, schoonmaken kan ook beter, 1 persoon moet daar alles doen!

Bedankt voor uw feedback.
We hebben uw suggesties ter harte genomen. Ons team bestaat uit multidisciplinair personeel dat onze toiletten onderhoudt. Deze moeten op sommige plaatsen gemoderniseerd worden en worden momenteel gerepareerd. Een van onze medewerkers besteedt veel aandacht aan het onderhoud en voert af en toe controles uit. Afhankelijk van het weer kan het echter soms net zo erg zijn als in dit late regenseizoen.

De in- en uitgang is helaas lastig voor alle campings aan de oever van het meer, met het fietspad ernaast. Het is moeilijk om dit te vermijden, vooral omdat een laag muurtje het centrale pad naar een deel van de accommodaties van de camping verlengt.

Μου άρεσε Great campsite, right by the side of the lake and also with a really good restaurant. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay and we were treated to a live band playing at the restaurant which was fantastic. Also impressed by that live music finishing on the dot of 10.30pm so no sleep disturbance.

Μου άρεσε This was a super location, right on the edge of Lake Annecy, with access to cycle paths, swimming and water sports. The staff were friendly, especially the guy in the little shop. Facilities were reasonably clean, and functional.

Μου άρεσε Absolutely nothing about this camp site

Δεν μου άρεσε The pitches were crammed in like sardines,
The showers were disgustingly dirty. The disabled bathroom had no working lights, the shower hose was split , my wife is classed as disabled
The washing up area was dirty.
The toilets were unclean. There is not much around the area.
Very disappointed with the whole experience.

You pointed out several unclean areas, and we would have liked to have been able to discuss this with you.
Why didn't you come directly to our reception desk so we could see and take action if necessary?
Maintenance is carried out daily, but unfortunately, we sometimes observe disrespectful behavior that undermines our efforts. We are particularly vigilant and we issue reminders. We regret a certain lack of etiquette and courtesy in society. Our team does its best to satisfy you and provide comfort.

Regarding the shower hose you mentioned, it appears that a temporary repair was made after inspection. We will follow up with our team on this matter. We are concerned that this area, which is available to people with disabilities, can enjoy it peacefully.
Electrical work was carried out, which appears to have disrupted the power supply to this area. We understand your dissatisfaction and offer our sincere apologies. We would have liked to work together to resolve this issue during your stay.

There are many activities available through external service providers in the surrounding area (biking, pedal boating, canyoning, hiking, museum visits, first flights, boat tours, pedal boats...). Our campsite aims to be simple and natural, with a view to preserving the camping spirit.

It's very busy in August, and the pitches are between 60 and 80 meters apart. The cable that was run through your pitch is a complete misunderstanding that shouldn't have happened.
The electrical boundary is demarcated for a certain number of pitches.
It's a shame you didn't come to our reception to call this camper to order, which we always do when this happens.

Μου άρεσε We really enjoyed our stay here - the on-site shop serving hot coffee and pastries on a morning and the pizzeria were a huge bonus and the staff lovely. It's on the bus route to Annecy (€2pp each way) and close enough to the lake for paddle etc.

Μου άρεσε Het uitzicht en de lokatie

Δεν μου άρεσε De stacaravan en de reservatie. Bij aankomst (we waren te vroeg) wisten ze van niets. Eerst kregen we een staanplaats. Na het melden van boeking van een stacaravan doke. Ze papieren in maar vonden niets. Moesten i. De .amiddag terugkomen. Ro d 13h00 hadden ze ineens een uitprint waar stond dat we pas om 15h00 erin mochten. Hoor ik de bazin tegen de medewerker zeggen dat ze een stacaravan terug gaan vrijgeven die gepland stond voor de sloop. Bij aankomst was het idd een caravan goed voor de sloop. Gee. Aanrader. Bazin zei luchtig voor zo 'n kleine prijs kan je geen grote luxe verwachten.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht ganz zufrieden waren.
Wir entschuldigen uns für den späten Check-in. Wie auf unserer Partner-Website erwähnt, ist der Check-in jedoch nur nachmittags und nie vormittags möglich. Dies liegt einfach daran, dass es morgendliche Abreisen und Wartungsarbeiten gibt. Auf einem Campingplatz läuft es ähnlich wie in einem Hotel.
Das angebotene und reservierte Mobilheim hatte kein Badezimmer, obwohl Sie sich vielleicht ein komfortableres Badezimmer gewünscht hätten. Diese Details finden Sie in unseren Inseraten und Angeboten.

Unser Campingplatz legt Wert auf Einfachheit und Natürlichkeit.
Für Aktivitäten stehen Ihnen externe Partner in der Nähe rund um den See zur Verfügung. Alle Campingplätze am See sind im Allgemeinen recht einfach, und die Aktivitäten konzentrieren sich eher auf die Natur (Wandern, Museen, Bootfahren auf dem See, Schnupperflüge, Canyoning usw.).
