Μου άρεσε Location at one of the most beautiful lakes in Europe. Turquoise water and breath taking mountains. Anncey is a stunning town.

Δεν μου άρεσε This site is quite dated. We arrived for two nights in high season and the place was very busy and congested.

Μου άρεσε Le cadre avec le lac est super !
Nous avons pu choisir notre emplacement parmis plusieurs ce qui est très chouette :)
Le camping est très bien desservi par les bus : rando, Annecy, restau au col accessible !
On capte bien au camping aussi !!

Δεν μου άρεσε Douches 1/5 car quasi pas d’eau chaude chez les femmes et très faible pression dans toutes les douches !
Au niveau de la propreté ça passe limite mais ça le fait !
Bruyant pour dormir quand on est placé à côté du parking :/

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour d'informations. La pression s'entend par souci d'économie d'eau et les chauffeaux ont des minuteries qui permettent de réguler la température de l'eau.

Notre équipe s'assure du bon entretien des blocs sanitaires qui sont faits chaque jour. En période de forte affluence, nous procédons à des vérifications ponctuelles toutefois parfois certains comportements irréfléchis ou peu respectueux mettent à mal les efforts faits pour vous apporter satisfaction.

Le parking dont vous parlez a fait l'objet de rappels occasionnés au maire pour les nuisances sans qu'il soit fait de retour. Il est dommage que vous ne soyez pas passer à notre réception pour la remontée de vos doléances afin d'en faire retour à notre municipalité.

Μου άρεσε Close to the lake, food on site, shop on site, friendly helpful staff.

Μου άρεσε Excellent location, own grassy access to lake, excellent bar restauarant lakeside. Great for paddle boarding.

Δεν μου άρεσε Very costly for a very dated caravan in need of repair, with no running water. We knew it had no bathroom facilities in van, on site facilities need modernising ( no hand wash facilities for example)

We're updating you on the information that some of our mobile homes without bathroom facilities have sinks with a jerry supply water, and the sanitaries blocks are located between 20 and 50 meters away.

Μου άρεσε Location was good, with direct access to the lake. Local restaurant was lovely but slightly pricey. Reception staff were nice, but a little slow on check out. Local canyoning is well worth doing.

Δεν μου άρεσε We thought we had booked / requested Electric but this wasn't available when we arrived. The original pitch we were sent too was occupied, and tiny, and seemed at the end of the site right next to a public car park. After struggling to turn round in our near 7 metre van, we eventually got directed to another pitch that was far more suitable, but in complete shade, so unfortunately our solar wouldn't keep the batteries topped up for 3 days, meaning we had to keep moving the van to sunny spots for the fridge etc to keep going. However where the electric pitches were people were crammed in so tight they had no space at all between each other. The first night the campsite toilet facilities near the beach were disgusting, they are totally open for public use, and the showers and toilets were clearly being used by anyone and everyone. By late evening they were in a terrible state with fecies on the floor & urine everywhere. I do feel sorry for the staff having to clear it up. However with these facilities open for anyone to use it's not great for paying campers. The site itself is also totally open for people to wonder around, and the well used beach carpark path runs alongside the site passed the toilets. This left us feeling a bit uneasy about leaving anything out overnight, and if we went out for the day. Also some old dilapidated caravans dotted around the site, and part of the site cordoned off for 'danger of Asian hornets' I appreciate you can't control nature, but maybe getting someone in to sort the nest out would be a good idea if campers are at risk.

Thank you for your feedback.
We have shaded and unshaded pitches. It's sometimes difficult to accommodate everyone, but we try as much as possible. Our pitches are between 60 and 80 meters apart, parallel to each other, and busier in August.

The parking inconveniance you mentioned, as well as the disruption sometimes encountered at our toilet block, has already been reported to the town hall. We will be sure to follow up with the mayor again this year.

It's a shame you didn't come directly to our reception to discuss and document these issues. Rest assured that we sometimes carry out checks. However, since the path is a shared road, it's difficult to put up fences.

We have blocked access to a hornet's nest as a safety measure while awaiting the arrival of a professional the next morning.

Please be assured that we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Μου άρεσε Great location near the lake of Annecy. Friendly staff. Great restaurants and water activities near the site.

Δεν μου άρεσε Small emplacements and too close to everyone. No free WiFi available on the campsite but in reception only.

Μου άρεσε Very nice beaches and a nice and friendly restaurant at the other side of the road . Camping showers and toilets are too old . And water at the pitches is under construction. Electricity is not always working . But location is most important.
