Sychpwll Centre

Μου άρεσε: We had a great stay at Sychpwll, a lovely laid back location with all facilities well looked after by Seb and Debbie. We came just to kick back with our dogs who were completely at home here. Campfires are a must for us and we loved sitting out 'til late with like minded "neighbours". It was only our second visit but nothing had changed in the last five years which was what we'd hoped for. Found the local pub, which also delivered a fantastic curry direct to the site later that evening. It was well worth a second visit and I'm sure we'll be back again.

Μου άρεσε: Such a beautiful setting with a community feel. Playground on the large camping field, picnic benches on the smaller field that backs onto the kitchen block and the toilet and shower block. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. Right on the river bank with canoe hire available. Too deep and strong current for inexperienced swimmers to go in the water though. Lovely couple who own the site who are so helpful. Shame I had to leave early, wish I could have stayed for much longer

Μου άρεσε: Been here a few times this summer and it's a great place to stay. The kids loved the playground and the river, loads of space for them to play.

Μου άρεσε: Debbie was very friendly and welcoming. The pitches were huge with places to be alone. It was near the river. The facilities were excellent, including a large kitchen where you could easily cook a meal if you wanted to.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Noise from the quarry early in the morning, but I'm a light sleeper.

Μου άρεσε: Great shared facilities. Nice touch having a shared kitchen facilities. Good sized pitches, close enough for travelling to welshpool and beautifully located with views of Rodney's pillar each morning

Μου άρεσε: From the moment we were welcomed by Debbie everything was amazing. Great space for pitches in different fields, amazing communal areas including a full kitchen and dining building. You really feel like a lot of love has been put into making this a great place to stay over the years it's been built. We can't wait to come back again!

Μου άρεσε: Stayed right by the River entrance on a small pitch - perfect for us to nip on and off the river with 3 kids and a dog. Had a fabulous stay, lovely owners, clean, great facilities especially kitchen area! Park was great too. Thanks for having us, we'll be back!
