Μου άρεσε Perfect location for us, beautiful sunsets and a very peaceful setting. Despite being near a main road, you could not hear any noise from it. The shared facilities were really clean and well maintained. We stayed with our 5 year old, so I was worried about there being no play facilities, but she actually loved it and we had lots of fun, despite its simplicity. The moody cow play barn (which is also great) is just down the road for rainy days with children. The Irma pod was great and didn’t get too hot, even with the warmer weather. We loved being able to toast marshmallows over the campfire. Giovanna was friendly and easy to contact. Thank you; we have been recommending Garth View to all of our friends and we can’t wait to come back again.

Δεν μου άρεσε This could be user error, but I couldn’t get the shower to the temperature I needed. It was either too hot or too cold. My husband said his shower was perfect so perhaps it was me!

I completely understand your initial concern about play facilities, so it’s heartwarming to know your daughter had such a great time embracing the simplicity of the space. And yes, the Moody Cow play barn is a fantastic nearby option for rainy-day fun!

Μου άρεσε We were looking for a last minute few days away with two children and our spaniel for a get away from day to day hustle and bustle of life, we live in Shropshire so apart from the coast the scenery was familiar, the facilities were absolutely spot on in respect of cleanliness and quality! Showers amazing and everything and more were provided and all other campers ( probably vetted to an extent ) added to the friendly environment, Giovanna the host could honestly have initially not made a more friendly welcome she’s an amazing caring lady who then went up and above to guide us on activities that made our stay, and also helped us massively by helping us jump start the car, we all felt so welcome and cared for without intrusions of expected behaviour as it went without saying , we were sorry we didn’t get to say Goodbye as we had to leave early on the Sunday morning but we will definitely call back, it’s quiet, everyone respects Giovanna and that’s why it works , nobody takes liberties with such a kind honest helpful host who genuinely cares, we feel like a friendship was built after 2 days there, will definitely return, and what a sunset to chill- AMAZING we also had a full moon on reflection, thank you Giovanna xx

Μου άρεσε Lovely quiet site, facilities much better than expected for a basic campsite. The camping pod was in fabulous condition, and the beds comfortable. The lady on the site was super helpful and there were fridges/freezers, a kettle and a microwave in a hut for communal use, as well as toilets and showers which were clean and very well maintained. There was a sink for washing dishes as well as a drinking water tap and clear instructions for the bins/recycling.

Shop close by. Lovely walks near by including a walk to the coast path.
Really friendly welcome. Well worth a visit.

Μου άρεσε Lovely, relaxed site with a very welcoming and accommodating owner—especially helpful with our last-minute request for shade. Facilities were excellent: clean, spacious bathrooms and the added bonus of a full-size fridge and freezer, which were a lifesaver during the heatwave. Handy local info booklets & OS Map were available, and both a Morrisons Daily (5 mins) and a friendly pub (10 mins) were within walking distance. Great access to the coast path for stunning walks.
Watching the Red Kites in the tree above us & also the sunset over the sea each evening from our van was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Μου άρεσε Cabin was super cozy, warm and clean. Even when it was raining and windy both me and my partner had a really peaceful nights sleep. The toilets and showers were really lovely as well. It was very easy to contact Giovanna when needed and I got a quick response and she was lovely! Could not recommend more and will definitely be returning. The firepit was one of our favourites parts with the ability to purchase wood, firefighters, kindling etc on site was also a wonderful feature if needed.
