Wall Park Touring Caravan and Centry Road Camping Site

Μου άρεσε: Really friendly welcome from everyone working in and around the site. Immaculately clean facilities, which looked like new. Generous pitch. Great location just 10 minutes walk into Brixham directly or 30-60 minutes via nearby really interesting and scenic coastal path. By the way, Brixham is lovely and a truly bustling harbour with lots to see and places to eat plus great base for exploring. Would highly recommend this site and we’ll definitely return here despite being members of a different motorhome club!

Μου άρεσε: Small quiet site (outside of holidays). Clean and well maintained. Great location.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Showers, although clean, were not hygienic. Water from one cubicle flows into others meaning you could be standing in someone’s else’s water! Missed opportunity - no onsite shop. Coffee/breakfast van - closed except for 1st day we were there.

Μου άρεσε: Pod was lovely and cozy and quiet. Bed was nice and comfortable and I slept well both nights I stayed Shower/toilet block nice and clean and although the shower was on a timer it was powerful and hot. Staff friendly and greeted us before we even stepped foot into reception. Amazing customer service.

Μου άρεσε: The staff on the Sunday morning were excellent and helped pull us off the pitch as we had sunk. The location is good, just a short walk from the harbour, town and beechy head. Toilet block was clean, although the showers were too hot for me but fine for my partner.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Received a phone call demanding we were there before 6pm although it clearly states arrival before 8pm is fine. This caused a lot of aggravation and unnecessary rushing around. The pitch we were given was clearly going to cause issues pulling off as it was very wet, and there were other pitches that were a lot drier.

Μου άρεσε: Loved the location. In the heart of everything. 10 minutes to the Harbour. A lovely walk from the campsite to the headland. Near to bus routes for neighbouring towns. Facilities were always quiet at clean. Shame we didn't get to experience the new bar area, but it looks lovely. The site appears to be having lots of investment atm. Which will only enhance it further. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Even allowed us on site early, as the weather was awful and we didnt want to hang around.

Δεν μου άρεσε: No option for hardstanding for motorhome, but they did have a vehicle available to tow you out of the sodden grass from all the rain!

Από τον διαχειριστή: afraid to say at the moment all our hard standings are taken up by seasonal customers. as you quoted a lot of investment is being put into our site and there maybe the possibility of more hardstanding's being in the future. thankyou for your review.

Μου άρεσε: The site was very good, the showers toilets were always clean and there was no issues during our stay. The breakfast food van was a good idea if you didn’t want to cook or wanted a lay in, the on site bar was excellent and made a good meeting place for campers to chat and enjoy a beer. The location of the site was ideal to be able to walk into Brixham, the site is also on a local bus route if you wanted to venture further afield. The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble and were always on hand. We will definitely book again.

Μου άρεσε: Lovely little campsite, the camping pod was a very welcome site after the stormy Easter weekend weather! Good facilities and friendly staff. Well spaced out pitches and the breakfast kiosk van was a lovely treat for our final morning. Would definitely go back.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Only comment is that is wasn't made clear that despite the camping pods providing a toaster, kettle and microwave, there would be no crockery or cutlery provided.
