The Old Stables Campsite

Μου άρεσε: The host - we actually thought it was going to be a very judgemental place but actually we were so wrong. Loved it here. The host was actually so funny and nice and the facilities were clean ! Flat pitch and loads of space ( two with a tent ). Water temperature on the shower was great also.

Μου άρεσε: Very enjoyable weekend,flat ground, electric hook up, drinking water,clean toilets and showers over all very clean site.Can buy necessities in the office plus very nice coffee cake.would definitely look at staying again if in the area thank you Jayne and mike.

Μου άρεσε: The site was well maintained and pitches were very spacious The shower/toilet facilities were immaculate The location was perfect Staff was very friendly and helpful

Μου άρεσε: Alles super. Toiletten und Duschen in Containern, alles sehr sauber, es gibt warmes Wasser. Einer der am besten ausgestatteten Plätze hinsichtlich Duschen, Toiletten und Spühlbereich.

Μου άρεσε: We were very welcomed to the site of which was spacious, flat, clean and well maintained. We chose this for it's ideal location to one of my favourite sites to relax and see the sunrise at Godrevy Lighthouse, and easy access to other beaches and surrounding places to visit.

Δεν μου άρεσε: The only dislike, so be warned. Was the damn cockerals 🐓 next door to the site make a lot of noise. We had to turn it into a joke as after the leader had woken everyone, the youngsters would try their voices, it was like teacher and student 😂.

Μου άρεσε: Friendly owners and as Ive stayed before it was nice to be welcomed back. The site is clean, irganised and well maintained as well as being near to beautiful beaches, but slightly out to be peaceful.

Μου άρεσε: Hot showers, clean toilets and kind and helpful owners.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Very noisy road! Our pitch was next to a very busy and noisy road with traffic throughout the night! We stayed for two nights, the first I hardly slept due to the noise and the second I purchased ear plugs which reduced it to a low hum! Not ideal.

Unfortunately we have no control over the road noise, but do except that you can hear noise from the road, which is more evident when the wind is in a certain direction and in the tourist season, when there is a huge increase in the volume of traffic. However, for us it is a double-edged sword as many of the local businesses rely on tourism to exist and at times you can’t have one without the other. We totally understand that our site will not suit everyone but really appreciate that you will recommend us to your friends. Jayne and Mike

Μου άρεσε: Loved this site! Facilities were great and for us the location was just perfect! Kids loved having the space to run around and ride their bikes
