Μου άρεσε: Well spaced out grass pitches with electric hookups. After unloading and pitching, all cars are parked in the carpark and not by the tents which made the site feel better. The showers, sinks and toilets were very clean and worked well. There was plenty for the kids to entertain themselves (9yrs and 10yrs). They played with the other kids on and around the park. Some of the other children on the campsite played football. The site locks its gates to vehicles at around 7-8pm so the site felt quite secure. We chose this site due to its proximity to thorpe park (12 minutes) and legoland (35 mins). We liked the site and will definitely use it again. It would have got 5 stars but the planes flying overhead every 30 minutes or so up to 11pm at night kinda spoilt it a bit when we were trying to sleep. I suppose if we used ear plugs then this may have prevented this problem. We didn't stay on the site during the daytime as we went to the theme parks but each evening the kids played out with the other kids and it was nice seeing them actually playing outside rather than glued to their screens.

Δεν μου άρεσε: Although the site is lovely it is under the flight path of heathrow and there were alot of planes flying over during the day and evening which were a bit noisy. During the night some loud vehicles went along the road which runs along the river outside the campsite (not a busy road) it was either a motorbike or a car with a loud exhaust which woke me up. Both these things were outside of the control of the site operators. Everything else was as expected.

Μου άρεσε: It was great! Went with 5 teens. Plenty of room to run around, make noise and go for a little walk. Felt very safe. Angie was amazing - friendly, helpful and allowed us to stay for longer because the pitch wasn't needed. Very clean. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

Δεν μου άρεσε: I would have liked to be able to have a fire pit - perhaps pre-made holes in the ground? But don’t know if it is sometimes windy.

Μου άρεσε: I liked everything! Angie was so welcoming when I arrived. It started raining just after I unloaded my car and she helped carry my things into the reception office to keep them dry until the shower passed. The facilities were lovely and clean and the site had a very nice family atmosphere. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. Overall this is a great site and would highly recommend it, especially if you have children. Good value for money too.

Μου άρεσε: I like this place because is small, have a very nice play area for kids it is very clean and green. Staff are very friendly.

Δεν μου άρεσε: The only thing I don't like it is shower room. First it is no good for kids, ther is only rain shower, so when you're kids is to big for little bath then it is a bit trouble. And ther ir only one handler for your staff, should be some more, same reason when you going whit kids you don't have place for staff you need.

Μου άρεσε: Brilliant staff and older but very clean facilities, perfect for our needs, and my son instantly made friends- lovely to have a mini football pitch, social room and small playground. Fantastic location as we just hopped across the road to paddle board on the Thames (quite a strong current so look before you leap in!)

Μου άρεσε: Spotlessly clean camp site, great amenities, especially the leisure room for children (and adults) if weather was bad. Angie was super helpful and friendly. Plenty of toilets available, always clean and stocked with soap and toilet roll.

Μου άρεσε: Perfect little site, friendly, and secure. Loved that the play park was in the centre, meaning we could let our 6yo run wild whilst we relaxed and have her in view at all times (she also loved that she could buy an ice cream each evening at reception at a super reasonable price)

Μου άρεσε: The staff were so welcoming, helpful and full of info about surrounding area. So much for kids to do and could easily see play area from our tent. Will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Angie for being so lovely.
