Μου άρεσε We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The site had everything we needed for a night in our roof tent — plenty of space, flat pitches, and a nice peaceful atmosphere.
It’s a dog-friendly spot with beautiful surroundings. It felt like we were camping in the woods under the stars, and we even saw lots of deer which was a lovely bonus.
The facilities were basic but clean — working toilets, a sink area, and warm running water, which was all we needed. The site itself was tidy and quiet, just what we were looking for.
There’s clearly some ongoing improvements happening, and it’s nice to see the site being developed with care. Loads of potential here.
Would happily stay again!

Δεν μου άρεσε If we had to mention one downside, it would be the price — it felt a little high given that the site is still under development. That said, we booked last minute during the school holidays, so a higher rate was expected.
We’re also aware that development costs money, and it looks like the site is heading in a great direction, so we were happy to pay and support that progress.
We wish the owners all the best with future bookings and look forward to seeing how it all comes together. We'll definitely return, hopefully off-peak next time for a bit more value and to enjoy the finished upgrades.

Δεν μου άρεσε I feel like I was misled into believing this was a campsite. It was a large field with a scrub surface, an empty caravan, toilet and shower blocks which resembled a building site and a large agricultural tanker. It felt like I had paid to wild camp. The photos are misleading too, there was no grass. With no 4G either, it meant that I got a very early night. The proprietor sent me a text as to whether I was arriving on foot or bike and I could only arrive between 6-8pm? I guess it’s fine if you like very basic camping but this was not reflected in the price.

Μου άρεσε Nigel was understanding and tried to help find an alternative campsite.

Δεν μου άρεσε We were extremely disappointed with this site—it was nothing like we expected and absolutely not worth the circa £60 per night we paid. Situated just off a main road, it felt more like an abandoned farmers field than a peaceful, remote camping spot.

The “facilities” were a couple of unfinished containers or portacabins, set in a huge, empty field dominated by a massive water tanker. No one was on-site to greet us, and the whole place had a derelict, unwelcoming atmosphere. At first, we genuinely questioned whether this was even a legitimate campsite.

Overflowing bins filled with black bags from the weekend were still sitting there when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. For a site of this size, the waste disposal was entirely inadequate.

We came prepared for a basic, wild camping experience, but instead found a post-apocalyptic landscape straight out of Mad Max—complete with a lone, uninhabited caravan that only added to the eerie vibe.

To be fair, Nigel was polite and offered us an alternative site an hour away, but having already lost much of the first day of our 3-day trip, we opted to move to a better site closer to Thetford. We asked for a full refund since we never stayed, but were only offered 50%.

In short, this site is not worth the price unless you absolutely need to be in that exact location. Had we read honest reviews beforehand, we never would have booked.

Μου άρεσε Large Open Field; Lots of Space; have great access for mountain biking.

The site has lots of untapped potential.

Δεν μου άρεσε The photos supplied are misleading at best. The toilet block is a few portakabins and a trailer in the middle of the field.

The field is massive but there’s very little rubbish disposal facilities.

For the price charged it’s extortion. Would not recommend sadly.

I do wish it well; as if the Facilties were to a finnished standard then it has some great potential.

Δεν μου άρεσε It was an old farm land field with stumpy weeds/grass. A huge empty field with a sewage waste lorry, a few old porta cabin buildings housing the toilets/showers and an old caravan all
Parked up in the middle of the field. We were the only people there and were charged £60 plus £10 “early check in” fee, to literally set up our tent in an old farm field for one night. We won’t use it again.

Δεν μου άρεσε campsite still being set up, tatty portakabin toilets, rusty water tanker for flushing, no drinking water, if one catches the person working there you are handed bottled water, campsite empty apart from me, worried about safety of my belongings if left in the tent. what made it the worst campsite was constant traffic noise, even at the far end of field it was loud. why would you put a camp site there. to top it off were the jets. anthony

Μου άρεσε So much space. Plenty of space to pitch away from each other and literally a 5 minute walk into the woods. Quiet and peaceful but close enough to places to nip out to for food etc.
Toilet and shower basic but absolutely fine for me.
Contact from hosts was great, quick to respond to questions.

Δεν μου άρεσε Only thing is the extra cost per dog per stay - a lot of hotels are only £10 dog but appreciate that’s my choice to have dogs and travel with dogs

Δεν μου άρεσε Toilets and showers are very bad. Women's single toilet not working (clogged) and men's toilets very dirty. The whole sanitary building is a mess.

Grass is not grass, but former farmland with sharp weeds.

This is not a camping but a piece of land where people pay to do some wild camping. The price you have to pay for what you get is dazzling.

It's supposed to be a startup, but nothing is ready. Not recommended.
